HISTORIC KEY WEST FEES



Base rates do not include 12.5% City of Key West and Monroe County Taxes


All Reservations will be charged a $100 Reservation Processing Fee


Reservations must have $45.00 CSA Damage Insurance Policy or a $1000 Refundable Security Deposit


Monthly Reservations will include:

Additional Charge for Pool Heat if required (prices vary dependent upon the property)


Cleaning Charge (prices vary dependent upon the property)


All Reservations for less than a one week stay will be assessed a Cleaning Charge (prices vary dependent upon the property)


Credit Card Payments for Reservation will be assessed a 3% Courtesy Fee


Pet Friendly Homes Reservations will be assessed a NON-REFUNDABLE Pet Deposit
 (separate from the $45.00 Damage Insurance Policy)



A $50 returned check fee in addition to a fee of $100 or 10% of the face value of the check, which ever amount is greater will be assessed for any check returned for insufficient or uncollected funds


Failure to return all Keys upon vacating  the premises will result in a lock change fee of $400.00 to the guest


Guest will be charged for any utility charges in excess of $350.00 per month
