Maisons de Luxe - Nightly Group Rental

We rented both properties and it was perfect. We consisted of grandparents, three sets of parents and two sets of cousins-four years old and younger. The houses and pool provided us with a great base. The location gave us everything else. There were so many food, drink and entertainment options that we could walk to. We will be back.

This property was absolutely perfect for our Key West stay. We had enough space for everyone -rented both spaces. The house was full of charm and character. No details were spared. It’s in the prime spot and we even had a private chef for dinner who had ample space and stocked kitchen. The pool and deck area was used the most and provided enough space to hang out comfortably. All of the rooms had their own private bath so that was an extra perk. We really enjoyed being close to everything! We hope to be back!

This beautiful home had everything we needed for 5 couples to have a great birthday celebration in Key West. The house is convenient to so many wonderful restaurants and bars. This was the 2nd time we rented Maisons de Luxe, and once again, it did not disappoint. The house was immaculate when we arrived and our group of 12 (6 couples) had plenty of room to move around, and also have quiet time if we needed it. The pool and patio were used everyday. There are just a couple of things that we noticed need some improvement. First, the WIFI throughout the house is very weak and spotty. The main 2nd floor bedroom TV would not connect at all. The management company was SUPER helpful and sent someone over to add a booster, which did help, however after they left, we could still only utilize a few channels of the TV. Some of this may be due to how confusing the TV remote and the TV provider make it to access channels. The only other item was that the bed pillows in the main front 2nd floor bedroom need refreshing. They don't have much fluff left in them. (Can't speak for the other rooms). Other than that, our stay was wonderful, and we would definitely go back again. Thank you!

If you are traveling to key west with a group of friends and looking to have a great time, their can’t be a better place to stay. Perfect location, all rooms have their own bathroom, the outdoor space is great, I could go on and on. The management company was extremely helpful with holding bags and making the check in and out process very easy.

We booked both houses 6 BR 61/2 baths. Each Br had their own bath. The 2BR House that is separated by a courtyard and small pool was perfect for two couples that wanted to get some privacy during the 5 days with its own full kitchen. The main house was the perfect house with 3 King BR and a Br with two Doubles. The House is just brilliant and a great flow as you come in off Duvall down the hallway to the kitchen and sitting room and sliding double doors to the outdoor deck and pool area. The Mgmt Company was great to work with as we wanted to do a surprise party for my daughter and needed to check i. early for some decorating. We hired a Concierge to help us gather all the fun decorations and Historic Key West provided a key to the Concierge so she could get in and also let the caterer i. early to set up so when we could check in officially, the house was ready and the surprise came off without a hitch. Annie and Susan aim to please. This was our first rental experience with them and we will return for sure. Well done Historic Key West. The family trip was a rousing success.

12 of us (including 4 children) stayed at the Maisons de Luxe for 5 nights for our family vacation in Key West. The homes and grounds were BEAUTIFUL, wonderfully kept and very clean. The 6 bedrooms each with a private bathroom gave us the privacy of having our own hotel room with the convenience of all being in the same house. The location was amazing, walk right out your front door onto Duval St. The private pool was perfect for the kids and adults alike. I did have to have the pool heater turned on because the pool is in the shade for most of the day and the water was a little chilly. It was one quick call to the office and Susan sent someone over right away to turn it on. Overall, we all had an amazing vacation and would 100% recommend staying at Maisons de Luxe! Thank you!

We were a group of 12. There was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy each others company AND to relax and have quiet time. You definitely feel like your in a luxurious home but you don't feel the need to tip toe around anything. Totally livable in an island setting. Management couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating. Only criticism would be about the pillows. In a rental of this caliber the pillows should be in keeping with the house. As of our stay, they were not.Otherwise, everything else was fantastic. And quite frankly, the pillow situation would not keep me from renting here again!!

The rental experience was very simple and positive. The hosts were very friendly, responsive and gave lots of helpful information. We can shortly after KW reopened to tourists so they made sure we knew what we going on, open, processes, etc. The house itself was beautiful and had all the amenities we needed to get through the week. We had one small issue that they were quick to respond to and handle, which we greatly appreciated.

We could not ask for a better place to call home during our Key West visit. Maisons de LUXE provided our group of 10 space to hangout as well as the space to distance when needed. The home is BEAUTIFULLY decorated, impeccably CLEAN, and ideally located. They thought of everything. The kitchen is nicely equipped with everything you will need. Bathrooms were stocked with the necessities. They even supply the things you might forget when packing like sunscreen & umbrellas for Florida’s unexpected rain showers. This property was gorgeous! Beautifully decorated with all the amenities needed for a stay in Key West. The pool stays cool and shady in the afternoon, which is perfect for a refreshing dip after a day in the sun or an evening bike ride! Every room has its own bathroom, which is amazing when traveling with a large group. The open floor plan for the downstairs was great for entertaining. We had such an amazing time at this house, I recommend it for anybody visiting!

The house and cottage are in excellent condition and the setup is perfect for a large group. It would be a great choice in any location. So it gets even better that it’s right at the end of Duval Street for an easy walk or trolley ride to food, drink, or activities. Check in was very professional and easy. Sit on the front porch and people watch or sit in privacy by the small pool. The only negative would also apply to any rental in this part of Key West. At night you may hear people heading home from bars and in the early morning hear the wild roosters doing their wake up call. Again, this is the same for any place in this area and overall the house has good sound proofing. I would stay here again.

This property was beautiful and even better than the pictures. Our family really enjoyed the open concept family room and kitchen. Bedrooms were great with king beds and private bathrooms. We especially loved the back patio and pool area, the beautiful palms made for a very private space.

Madison’s de Luxe was perfect for our family birthday get together. Ample space, never felt crowded. Property well stocked and clean. A couple of creepy crawlies in bathroom and kitchen, management very concerned and attentive. The cafe across the street is amazing!! A must do for breakfast or lunch.

The property management company was great and even offered to put the two twin beds together. The house was very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked. It was great that every room had its own bathroom. The area was surprisingly quiet for being directly on Duval, with the exception of a couple of roosters. Everything was very walkable from the houses. We didn't want to leave and will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Key West.

Got multiple follow up calls from the rental folks and the problem was fixed by the time we got back from the beach! I highly recommend this property!

The Grand and Petitie Matson was the perfect Key West home for the 12 people in our family. The home is spacious and allows for family time with half our family in the pool all the time. Having a bathroom for each room is the absolute best feature of this house. Also we had a senior and the master bedroom downstairs was perfect for our Grandpa. Everything was perfect until Hurricane Irma decided to come along and cut our stay short. I truly recconmend this fabulous house - it was a joy!

The Grande & Petite Maisons were incredible! Both houses were clean, spacious and extremely comfortable. The pool was awesome and bigger than it seemed. Everything was really nice. We loved it!

We loved our stay here! The Grande and Petite Maison were just as beautiful in person as they are in photos, and the property management was helpful and easy to work with. I've already had friends ask about the rental information for future trips. Definitely will be staying again!

Key West is one of our favorite easy escapes. This home made it special. Completely remodeled, all the conveniences, luxurious and comfortable finishes and furniture. Great location on Duval. We will rent it again!

I was looking for a fun place for a 60th Birthday getaway for my Dad. With three couples and four others, we didn't want to be crowded but all wanted to be together, so multiple hotel rooms seemed like a bad idea. We found this place and are so glad we did. Renting both homes, we had 6.5 baths, so getting everyone ready at the same time was no big deal. The kitchen, living space, and outdoor space had plenty of seating for the entire group to gather in the same place at the same time. From the pictures we thought the pool would be smaller than we wanted but it was perfect. And heated! Location was fantastic. Walkable to everything, and with a big group that's a big plus. The house is on the quieter end of Duval but still plenty going on, super close to a small beach. Just a great experience. Would definitely rent again with a big group.

This place was great including the relaxing pool

We had six couples stay for 5 nights in both residences and the experience left everyone with a great feeling for Key West and the houses location. The Staff was coutesous and prompt in explaining everything about the houses and filled in all the questions we had. Finding a rental house on Duvall street is pretty hard, its location is close to all the restaurants and beaches near by. Plenty of parking for vehicles in the rear and front of the house. Well worth the money we spent. We will definitely return in the near future. I give it 5 Stars!!

We had a wonderful time once again in KW the entire family was there. the accomodations were excellent, clean and in a great location. there is nothing like sitting outside by the pool and watching the kids swim or just relaxing on the front porch ith your favorite drink watch everyone walk by! Phil, our rental contact was great and very helpful.

This home is new and its really well done, good quality finishes and super comfortable. it accommodates a lot of folks with ease. Location is perfect so that you can essentially walk anywhere you would like.
A most excellent experience.

We have stayed in Key West several times over the years. We always rent a house with a pool. This was by far the best property we have ever stayed in.

The location on Duval Street was great and had a wonderful proximity to everything and yet it was not too close to the noisy bars as it is close to the Southernmost point, and yet an easy walk (about 1 mile) or bike ride to Mallory Square. We even enjoyed sitting on the front porch to people watch on New Year's Eve!

The house itself had recently been completely renovated. Everything was [perfect, from the brand new kitchen appliances, to the great floor plan. The kitchen has an island that seats 8 which opens to a living room which can seat just as many. This living area flows into a wall to wall sliding glass door which opens to a wonderful covered outdoor seating area adjacent to the pool with plenty of beach chairs/lounge chairs to relax by the heated pool. Since there were 12 of us, we also rented the smaller house which was laid out nicely as well and backed to the pool. There was a nice private fence which separated the houses from the street, and yet connected them to each other.

I cannot think of a single thing that could be better! We definitely will look to stay in this house our next visit to Key West.
