A Doll's House, Part 2 is the continuation of Henrik Ibsen's classic A Doll's House. Far from being dry or stuffy, ADH, Pt.2 is hilariously funny, whip-smart and resonant to our gender politics. The story picks up 15 years after Nora famously slams the door on her stifling marriage at the conclusion of A Doll's House. In Mr. Hnath's updated version, Nora is now a successful business woman, who finds her husband, daughter and wise-cracking maid to be as changed as she has become. Mile 0 Fest Key West is a new music festival considered a "must see" in the burgeoning Red Dirt & Americana music scene. Take in big shows at Truman Waterfront Park Amphitheatre, a state-of-the-art facility located blocks off the hopping streets of Duval, or get into a stripped down acoustic set with your favorite band leader at one of the theaters or bars off Duval. Many activities and memorable experiences await.

Shallow water flats anglers and guides are invited to hook-up and fight their barracuda rivals. Event is to be headquartered at Hurricane Hole Marina, Stock Island. Prizes and trophies are to be awarded for top angler and guide in light tackle spin and fly divisions.
February 01, in Key West Grand Opening: Visions of Cuba 
Enjoy a Cuban artists' exhibition, featuring contemporary artwork from over 40 prominent Cuban artists, from 5:30 - 7:30PM at Gato Cigar Factory, 1100 Simonton St. Wine, music, hors d'oeuvres. Exhibit to be on display through May 3.
February 08, in Key WestREEF presents: Lionfish Collection & Handling Workshop 
REEF is offering a series of free Lionfish Collection and Handling Workshops. The workshops consist of a morning classroom portion covering the background of the invasion, lionfish biology and ecology, impacts, current research findings, and hands-on lessons in how to safely collect and handle lionfish using hand nets, pole spears and ZooKeeper Lionfish Containment Units. Participants who complete the classroom session will have the opportunity to obtain a permit to collect lionfish using hand nets in Sanctuary Preservation Areas (SPAs) within the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary. Following the classroom session, divers and snorkelers can join an accompanying boat charter to practice the collection and handling techniques. Located at Captain's Corner Dive Center, 125 Ann St. Key West. Starts at 9 a.m. The workshops and dives are free and open to the public, but space is limited. Reserve online. 
February 09, in Key West4th Annual Key West Food Truck Festival 
From 12-7 p.m., the Key West Art & Historical Society event will transform the Fort East Martello parade grounds into a family-friendly musical feast with the tasty delights of Key West’s top-notch food trucks and the grooving tunes of local and international acts. Key West Food Truck Fest founder and co-producer Clint Steckly will park his ever-tasty Triano’s Taco food truck on site along with Irie Island Eats, Flamingo Street, The Raw Machine, Jimmy Sno Concessions, The Pincho Barge, Tarpon River Brewing, Great Events Catering, Key West Glass Works, and more.  Tickets $5 at the door or available for purchase online.

February 11, in Key WestKey West Theater presents: Arrival From Sweden, The Music of ABBA 
Witness the most authentic ABBA show ever, delivered in exact replicas of ABBA's famous staging clothes exclusively approved by ABBA's clothing designer. Arrival from Sweden performs together with some of the finest symphony orchestras in the world and also with ABBA original musicians. ARRIVAL from Sweden is the only ABBA tribute band in the world that has been given an unreleased ABBA song, "Just A Notion" directly from Björn Ulvaeus and Benny Andersson of ABBA. February 13, in Key WestAnne McKee Fine Art Auction 
Now in its third year at The Studios of Key West, event's doors will open at 6:30 p.m. and the auction will begin at 7:00 p.m. Light hors d'oeuvres, Champagne and desserts will be included in the $25 ticket price and there will also be a cash bar. VIP seating is available for $50. The auction preview will be from February 7 - 13 at The Studios of Key West. The highlight of this year's auction will be an original Sal Salinero painting valued at nearly $10,000. The McKee art auction raises money for project-based grants to Keys visual, literary and performing artists. Founded by longtime Key West resident and philanthropist, Anne McKee, the non-profit fund has awarded more than $265,000 since 1994. Tickets available online.
February 14, in Key WestKey West Theater presents: Los Lobos (Two Shows) 
More than three decades have passed since Los Lobos released their debut album, Just Another Band from East L.A. Since then they've repeatedly disproven that title—Los Lobos isn't "just another" anything, but rather a band that has consistently evolved artistically while never losing sight of their humble roots. February 14, in Key WestStudios of Key West presents: Ben Rosenblum Trio 
A pianist and composer, Rosenblum has graced the stages of The Lin- coln Center, Carnegie Hall, The Blue Note and many others. Accompanied by two talented cohorts, he presents a special Valentine’s Day concert, featuring music from his latest album, which Jazziz Magazine calls “richly romantic.” Show starts 7 p.m., 533 Eaton St. 
February 15 - 16, 2019, in Key West59th Annual Key West Home Tours 
Tour a series of elegant and unique private homes of Key West, ranging from exquisite restorations to creative renovations, and interior design that complements each. February and March tours are offered 10 am to 4 pm each day. Transportation between homes is not provided. Tickets are $35 in advance and $40 on tour days. Proceeds benefit the foundation's Oldest House Museum, grant and scholarship programs. 
February 17, in Key WestKey West Impromptu Concerts presents: Camerata Ensemble 
Camerata RCO is a unique ensemble comprised of members of Amsterdam's renowned Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra. These colleagues founded this independent group with the desire to explore smaller, more intimate, repertoire.  Tours have taken them to New York, Minsk, Tokyo, Seoul, Vienna, Rome and Madrid. Camerata RCO has recorded five well-regarded albums featuring music by Mozart, Mendelssohn, Corelli, and Mahler. Performances take place at 4 p.m. at the historic St. Paul’s Episcopal Church at 401 Duval St. 
February 18, in Key WestRick Lanning – Calotype Photography and Its Short Evolution 
Presented by Old Island Restoration Foundation. Rick will explain what Calotype photography is, it’s importance to art and photography history, the actual steps to the process and how many photographers continue to use this process today.  Conversation will also surround the possibility of Calotype photography in historic Key West. Rick will have  his own Calotype camera on display, as well as images on to view and purchase. From 12:30 - 1:30 PM, location: Oldest House Garden – 322 Duval Street. Admission: $10, $5 for members 
February 23 - 24, 2019, in Key West54th Annual Old Island Days Art Festival 
The 54th annual juried outdoor fine art festival features oil paintings, watercolors, sculpture, photography and other offerings by more than 100 artists from around the United States and beyond. The event takes place on lower Whitehead Street in historic Old Town. 
March 02, in Key West57th Annual Conch Shell Blowing Contest 
An island tradition for over 50 years, this unique contest celebrates the historic importance of conch in the Keys and features contestants in several age categories attempting to make "music" with fluted conch shells. Contest located in the garden of the Oldest House, 322 Duval Street, free and open to all ages. Registration begins at 10 a.m., contest starts at noon.
March 03, in Key WestKey West Impromptu Concerts presents: Goldstein-Peled-Fiterstein Trio 
Bound by their Israeli roots, pianist Alon Goldstein, cellist Amit Peled, and clarinetist Alex Fiterstein formed the Goldstein-Peled-Fiterstein Trio in 2005. Today, the ensemble’s performances reflect both the special gifts and originality of the three artists as soloists as well as their marvelous sense of ensemble and love of chamber music. The New York Times praised the ensemble for displaying “the kind of spotless technique that keeps the attention focused on the score rather than the vagaries of the performance.” Show starts at 4 p.m., St. Paul’s Episcopal Church.
March 04 - 07, 2019, in Key WestMarch Merkin Invitational Permit Tournament 
A charity flats-and-fly-only tournament with a twist - in addition to catch and release, anglers earn extra points for tagging their caught fish. Held at the Key West Yacht Harbor Marina on Stock Island. 
March 07, in Key WestRams Head Productions presents: 10,000 Maniacs 
A cornerstone alternative band with roots in Jamestown, NY, the group has produced smash hits like Trouble Me, Because the Night, These Are Days, and many more. Doors open 7 p.m., show starts 8 p.m., at Key West Theater, 512 Eaton St. Tickets available online starting at noon, 11/7/18.

Praised for their “intelligence” and “immensely satisfying” playing by the New York Times, the Amernet String Quartet has garnered recognition as one of today’s exceptional string quartets and are Ensemble-in-Residence at Florida International University in Miami. Their sound has been called “complex” but with an “old world flavor.” Strad Magazine described the Amernet as “…a group of exceptional technical ability.” Performances take place at 4 p.m. at the historic St. Paul’s Episcopal Church at 401 Duval St.

March 30 - 31, 2019, in Key WestNAS Key West 2019 Southernmost Air Spectacular 
The U.S. Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron the Blue Angels will be taking to the skies at Naval Air Station Key West. The 2019 theme is "Women in Aviation" with a focus on the "Future of Flight." Organizers expect highlights to include civilian performers like an all-female parachute jump team, the Misty Blues, Patty Wagstaff flying an Extra 330SC, Ashley Shelton, Wing Walker and the world famous Shockwave Jet Truck. Gates open 9 a.m., air show starts at 10:30 a.m., Blue Angels fly at 2:30 p.m. Admission and parking are free.
March 31, in Key WestKey West Impromptu Concerts presents: Lomazov Rackers Piano Duo 
The Lomazov Rackers Piano Duo garnered wide attention as the Second Prize Winners of the Sixth Biennial Ellis Duo Piano Competition in 2005. Since then, they have performed as recitalists and in concert with orchestras throughout the United States and Europe, including performances at the Kiev International Music Festival (Ukraine), Varna International Piano Festival (Bulgaria), Moulin d’Andé Arts Festival (France), Burgos International Music Festival (Spain) and Infiorata di Genzano (Italy) in addition to appearances in every region of the United States.
