THE PROPERTY: Lola's Place features everything you might want or need for your monthly vacation in Key West, starting with a private, off-street parking spot (an absolute MUST in Key West) for your vehicle. The front porch lies just off the master bedroom and is the perfect spot to start off your morning with a cup of coffee and a book or newspaper in your hand.
The beautifully renovated interior is the perfect combination of Key West decor and modern refinement. The large, accordion glass doors off the living room allow you to enjoy the refreshing tropical breeze and offer plenty of natural lighting. Sink away into the comfy leather sofa while you watch your huge flat screen HDTV. The updated kitchen features white marble counter tops, quiet-close drawers and cabinets, and a large butcher block island top. Enjoy specialty kitchen appliances like a margarita blender and a shot cooler & pourer, perfect for entertaining!
BED CONFIGURATION: Near the front of the house lies the spacious master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom includes a brand new, super comfy king-sized bed, and offers a bonus room equipped with a work station, full length mirror, and huge HDTV. The stunning master bathroom offers a double vanity and make up mirror and trendy subway tiling along the shower walls. Just off the master bedroom lies your private front porch, the perfect spot to start off your day with a cup of coffee.
The spare bedroom is down the hall from the master, closer to the kitchen and living area. The spare bedroom comes with a brand new queen sized bed, a huge HDTV, two nights stands and convenient bedside lighting.
OUTDOOR AMENITIES: The back pool area comes with a pristine, sparkling small heated pool (heated November through April) and offers a tranquil waterfall feature making it the perfect tropical oasis. There is plenty of poolside loungers and seating available to soak in some rays as well!
PARKING: There is designated parking for 1 car!
LOCATION: Lola's Place sits in the heart of the historical, but up-and-coming "Bahama Village" neighborhood in "Old Town" Key West.
NEARBY: Meet super friendly local neighbors and vacationers alike, and enjoy living like a true local with some of the best dining spots and attractions just a short distance away. Eat brunch at one of the world's most famous breakfast spots, "Blue Heaven," which is right around the corner. Spend your afternoon Happy Hour at Santiago's Bodega sipping Sangria and munching on their delicious tapas plates. A 15 minute stroll away lies Fort Zachary Taylor State Park & Beach - a "must visit" Key West spot, great for laying out in the sand or snorkeling with friends.
PETS: This home is dog-friendly. One (1) dog allowed, up to 25 lbs. Must be 1 year of age or older. Must be spayed/neutered. All vaccinations up-to-date. Please be advised some breeds are not permitted.

A lovely property that was perfect for my husband and I and our mini schnauzer, Nikki. The house was a great size for us (we had 2 guests come visit also) and the location was very central to everything. We only used the car to go to Publix and the airport - everything else was walking distance or a short free bus ride away. The house was clean and the management company was very responsive and easy to work with. We only had a few minor issues and the management company took care of them quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend Lola's Place and Historic Key West Vacation Rentals.

My family and i came and stayed for the month of July, and it was amazing. We have a 2 year old, a very busy 2 year old i might add - and the place was set up perfectly for her. We used the pool all day, and there is an amazing park/splash pad just around the corner from the house that we walked to every day. The house was stocked with everything we needed for the month, literally had everything from battery, mailers, you name it they had it. We absolutely loved our stay and this house, we miss it so much. It was a dream vacation that we look forward to coming back again year after year.

Lola's Place is a wonderful property. The home is totally updated, cozy and very convenient. If you are a pet owner, you cannot beat the location...a few blocks from the waterfront where there is tons of green space for your pet. We had the best month!

My family of 3 and our dog called Lola’s Place home for a month of the pandemic. It was a perfect get away for us. We were able to work and do school comfortably from the house and had plenty of time left over to explore Key West. Lola’s Place is a fantastic location. So many great restaurants within 2 blocks of the house. We walked everywhere we wanted to go except for Smathers Beach. Historic Key West Vacation Rentals did a great job of “hosting” us during our stay. The only disappointing thing about our stay was that the backyard was not completely enclosed and our dog was able to get into the neighbor’s yard. This made it hard for us to fully enjoy the beautiful enclave setting in the backyard.
