This spacious, bright 2 bed, 2 bath home, all on one level with a wrap around porch for outdoor relaxation, is in the Southard Square community, which boasts a large shared pool and well appointed pool house.

Large, bright living area has plenty of room to spread out and relax! Built-in bar is perfect for entertaining guests. A well-appointed workstation is near the master suite to take care of business. Master suite includes a King size bed, large TV, ceiling fan, and modern oversized master bath with double vanity. The second bedroom contains a queen size bed and TV. The second bath is oversized as well.
Well-equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all you’ll need to cook gourmet meals.
A washer and dryer are also included for your convenience.

BED CONFIGURATION: Master bedroom has a king size bed. Second bedroom has a queen size bed. Plenty of storage and closets for all of your needs.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES: Perfect spot on the covered veranda to sit in the shade with your morning coffee. Tropical, lush outdoor area with beautiful landscaping and a heated pool that is shared by guests. Pool house includes a comfortable seating area, kitchenette, and restrooms.

NEARBY: Grab morning coffee down the street at local favorite 5 Brothers Coffee, or go for dinner for homemade pasta at nearby Mangia Mangia Restaurant.

PETS: This home is dog-friendly. One (1) dog allowed, up to 25 lbs. Must be 1 year of age or older. Must be spayed/neutered. All vaccinations up-to-date. Please be advised some breeds are not permitted.

PARKING: 1 designated off street parking spot for 1 average-sized vehicle. Anything bigger than a 7-passenger SUV will infringe upon the public sidewalk.

SMOKING: This is a non-smoking home and property. No smoking on or in any portions of the pool area to include the pool house.

COVID-19 ALERT: Gatherings in shared common areas (pool area) are limited to no more than 10 people, per City of Key West mandate.

NOTE: Cancelling 90 days or more from date of arrival does have a $500 penalty fee, the rest of payment to us will be refunded. There is no refund if cancelled within 90 days of arrival. This policy supersedes VRBO's cancellation policy.
