THE PROPERTY: Villa Luxe has a sexy vibe that can be felt inside and out. Imagine fashion models lounging poolside? Well, you can too! This ‘Adults Only’ property is however not suitable for children under the age of 12 years. Architectural details can be found throughout the property including vaulted ceilings, skylights, and exposed beams. The main house is a single-story dwelling with a primary king ensuite located in a separate wing at one end of the home. A vaulted ceiling and French door access to the pool are wonderful attributes. There is also an outdoor seating area on the covered porch which extends your living space and allows you to enjoy indoor-outdoor island life. The sleek modern bath with double sinks and large shower provides more than enough room for two people. The open concept living room and dining room are in the middle of the home and are decorated in soothing blue and grey furnishings. Opulent lighting, art work and natural light illuminate this space. Table seating for everyone is available both inside and outside. On the far end of the main home, you will find a spectacular stainless-steel commercial kitchen with outdoor views. An abundance of storage, a large double sink and an extra-large gas range with hood make entertaining a breeze. To be shared with your guests, this durable gathering space is large enough for everyone in your party to watch the chef shake up martinis or prepare tasty comestibles.
The two-story home at the back of the property stacks two additional king ensuite bedrooms for your guests. Each beautifully furnished room has luxury linens, seating and a private balcony or a porch with views of the pool.
Moving outdoors from either dwelling you are sure to enjoy this private space. Flanked by Royal Palm trees, the pool area is a showstopper. This VIP vacation spot includes an outdoor shower, grill, chaise lounges and a large, shaded porch off the main house. This playful haven in a terrific location is sure to amaze you. The décor, like the property itself, combines contemporary Key West with jet-set sparkle. Spoil yourself in the splendor of Villa Luxe!
BED CONFIGURATION: Comprised of two distinct structures, this home offers sleeping options for your group. The two-story building at the back of the property stacks two king ensuite guest bedrooms. The main, single-story building houses the primary king ensuite bedroom. There is an additional roll-away cot for the 7th guest that is recommended for a young or small adult.
OUTDOOR AMENITIES: Via a private gate, the stunning pool and palm trees provide a grand entrance to this upscale vacation home. The pool is heated seasonally (November through April) for an additional fee which will be assessed at the time of booking. Loungers, grill, an outdoor shower, and lavish outdoor seating complete this lush area.
PARKING: There is a 14'x18' off-street parking space for 1 vehicle. Street parking may be available nearby for additional vehicles.
LOCATION: Villa Luxe is nestled in an ideal location in Historic Old Town. It is just a few steps from world famous Duval Street and in walking distance to hot spots like Higgs Beach, the Southernmost Point, and Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum. Nearby you will find coffee shops, bars, and restaurants.
PETS: This home is NOT pet-friendly. If you have pets, please browse through our many homes that are pet friendly.

Beautiful home. Great layout for multiple couples as there are 3 king en-suites with their own entrances. Very quiet. We slept in the main house and we could not hear anyone come in and make breakfast in the morning. Only a 1/2 block from the quiet end of Duvall street. Can walk to everything. Could not hear any street noise. Great mattresses, sheets and pillows. Incredible pool area. Super clean. We enjoyed just hanging out at the house during our down time. Great communication from management company, friendly, available and helpful. Two thumb's up. We all would stay here again.

We absolutely love this property. The pool is amazing, and we love spending time outside on the patio with our family and friends. The location is completely ideal one block off of Duval. My kids walked to the ice cream shop every evening. CVS is a block away, which is really helpful. Beautiful home, great kitchen for cooking and entertaining.

The Villa Luxe property was fantastic. The house was immaculate and offered every convenience. It sat only steps away from Duvall St. but somehow still felt secluded. The separate cottage offered privacy and the courtyard and pool were perfect for hanging out. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was a little piece of paradise in Key West. Location was great for walking around town. Right off Duval but far enough for the bars to not hear the nightlife. Surrounded by amazing restaurants and shops as well. This property is like a small private resort!! Management company was amazing and made sure all our needs were met.

This property was the highlight of our time in Key West! The mature Palm trees are natural umbrellas that made it possible for us to be out of direct sun and enjoy the pool all day. It was a refreshing oasis when returning from our excursions. The outdoor porch was a lovely place to start the day with coffee and tea. The house itself was beautiful too. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need! Kitchen goals!

The house/guesthouse layout was bereft for our family. Each bedroom has a full bath and separate entrance. The pool was a great size in a beautiful setting, and the water was warm! Everything was modern, clean fresh design. And best of all is the location, steps from what I considerer the best part of Duval. Close to the beach, Cuban coffee around the corner, CVS on the next block. Management responded immediately to questions.

The house (should be described as a Villa) was fabulous. A real escape. You could spend your entire time in the outdoor area. The accommodations were great. Plenty of space for six adults (we also had in infant...need to introduce them to Key West early). The kitchen the perfect place to prepare the Turkey dinner will all the trimmings and room for the gang to consume a few glasses of wine...all had to "help" with the prep. Location was great...all the important stuff was within walking distance; but not within noise distance. We will be back, again

Our 27th Wedding anniversary trip to Key West was a dream! Villa Luxe is a perfect property and had lots of room for our family to spread out and gorgeous common spaces for us to spend time together. We enjoyed the amazing pool nestled in a tropical oasis every day of our trip. The property is on a quieter street but still close to most anything you want to get to (Flamingo Crossing ice cream is right by the house). Our trip was full of adventure and Villa Luxe was the perfect spot to relax between the amazing restaurants (Blackfin Bistro, Hot Tin Roof, Latitudes, Banana Cafe, Moondog Cafe, Blue Heaven, La Te Da were some of our favs), fabulous places to visit (Hemingway's Home was a must see and loved exploring Fort Zachary Taylor State Park) and excursions (Fury's Ultimate Adventure, Ghosts and Gravestones Trolley Tour). Love this place and hope to come back!

It was our first family trip with my husband and I, our daughter and her wife and our younger daughter and her boyfriend. We had a wonderful time and Villa Luxe made our time together so easy - we could each do our own thing but come together around the pool in the afternoons, in the kitchen for b'fast and obviously exploring Key West dinner spots, bars, etc. Villa Luxe afforded just the right amount of privacy and togetherness.

We visited Key West over Christmas with our adult children and spouses. This property was absolutely perfect for the 3 couples to have their own space and also have the common space to gather. The kitchen was well equipped. It was also the perfect location for walking everywhere we wanted - shops, restaurants, bars and both water fronts - southern most point and docks. This property is fantastic for a multi-family vacation. There are 3 individual set ups with a bed and shower. The kitchen is in the main building but far from the sleeping quarters so everyone can use the kitchen without disturbing the rest of the household. We used the pool everyday just to soak and hangout between our adventures. Truly, a super relaxing vacation.

Villa Luxe was the perfect place for our first post-COVID family vacation.
The property is breathtaking, with plenty of space for our group of 6. The outdoor area is so peaceful and we enjoyed spending time on the porch and by the pool. We were blown away by the Villa Luxe property and felt like we were living the life of the rich & famous while staying here. The home was immaculate and the location was absolutely perfect - far enough South to relax in peace and quiet, but close enough to the night life of Duval Street when we were in the mood to step out. The staff of HKWVR were equally amazing and provided many recommendations for wonderful restaurants and excursions during our stay, as well as assistance with our rather complicated travel arrangements.

Villa Luxe was exactly as described and exactly as pictured. It was pure luxury and we enjoyed every minute. It was also sparkling clean when we arrived and the staff at Historic Key West Vacation Rentals was very easy to work with. This property is in a great location - walkable to all the action, restaurants and everything you'd like to do in Key West. We loved it so much, we've already booked it again for next year!

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa Luxe! It was a beautiful property that provided just the relaxation we needed! The management staff is professional and available for any needs. The location was perfect for us! A short walk to anywhere we wanted to be! There is a convenience store located a few steps away which was so nice for a quick snack or more drinks! The covered porch allowed us all to still sit outside and enjoy the beautiful landscape, even in the rain! We will definitely recommend to family and friends!

It was perfect. The pool was well maintained as was the landscaping. Can't overstate how important it is to have your own pool in KW. House was awesome. Fantastic kitchen. We will definitely stay here again! The management company was on top of everything and very friendly. Location, location, location.

This house was amazing! The layout was perfect for my family of six.The house was beautifully decorated and stocked with every amenity you could possibly imagine. It was in a very quiet area off Duval and walking distance to everything. The management company was fantastic and checked on us everyday to see if we needed anything. I will definetly stay here again!!

I have rented houses in Key West and I usually stay
somewhere different just to try. Well folks I don't think that will happen again. This place is "Top Shelf". It's perfect for 6 People to have their own
sleeping space, yet enjoy the Chefs kitchen and huge
den, dining , and fantastic porch. Yes this place is a bit more expensive than others, but it will not disappoint you.

This home was pristine! The pool was fantastic and we spent a lot of time in it. We were in close proximity to Duval and there were several restaurants and shops just blocks away from us. Both the cottage and the two-story villa were simply spectacular. The house was incredibly clean. In fact, I have never seen a house more clean for a vacation stay. The Decor is very Unique and you won’t be disappointed. The vacation rental company went above and beyond our expectations and met our every need. We loved the fact that all of us had our own bed and bathroom. This is a true gem in Key West and I highly recommend this property.

From the moment we arrived at the Historic Key West office, we were treated warmly and felt so welcome. Our check-in was quick and we were on our way to our beautiful rental home. Villa Luxe was perfect and absolutely beautiful! Very private yet just off Duval. The pool was heated and even turned different colors at night - the perfect vacation feel. We love the fact that every bedroom had its own bathroom which gave everyone their own space. The beds were so comfortable and cozy. The gourmet kitchen was great as we created a seafood feast one night complete with lobster on the grill, scallops, peel and eat shrimp - all fresh of course - It was the perfect family night celebration that we will remember for ever. We could not have asked for more in a vacation home. Thank You So Much Everyone at Historic Key West Rentals!!

From the entry it was immediate Wow. Kept getting better from there. 3 separate suites with their own full bath, giant great room, a kitchen that's a chef's dream. Huge patio pool, luscious landscaping and an outdoor shower.

A superb villa, comfortable for 5 people and was even better than we thought it would be. Everything provided that we needed in a beautiful setting with superb outside spaces. A stone's throw from our favourite restaurant La Te Da and everything that Duval Street has to offer but serene and quiet within the property.

Hesitant to give this home the compliments it deserves for fear of it not being available the next time I travel to key west. This home was exquisite - exactly like the photos depict. The service was out of this world - prompt responses, kind people, communicating by phone, email, texting - making recommendations and helping with all of our needs from reservations to golf cart rentals. I can’t say enough about this property. It was quaint, SO relaxing, and near to all of the places I hold dear to me in key west. It is just under a mile from the sloppy joes side of Duval and though there is a shuttle service, we walked EVERYWHERE. The weather was perfect, our stay was perfect - I can’t thank you enough for how wonderful everything turned out. The furniture, the linen, the beds, and showers, the KITCHEN!!! Outstanding. Thank you, thank you!!!

The ladies who manage this property were great to deal with and made sure we were taken care of. Thank you ladies!
The property is very well maintained and very clean. The landscape is beautiful and the pool was great to cool off in.
The outside veranda furniture is comfortable and nice to lounge in after a dip in the pool.
The interior of the main house and cottage master suites were very well appointed and comfortable.
Bathrooms were clean and well done.
Property is located off Duval in the best part of town in a great location in my opinion.
I rented a six seat electric cart from the guy adjacent to this house off Duval and that was money well spent unless you like walking and have good knees.
Overall we had a great time and will rent Villa Luxe again on our return visit.
