As you enter the home through its bright living room, you will be drawn to the whitewashed Dade County Pine walls and cathedral ceiling. Kick back and relax in the living room, which has a large sectional sofa and TV and overlooks the charming front porch. Down the hall are two bedrooms which have ceiling fans, closets, and TVs. One of the bedrooms is complete with a trundle-style queen daybed, closet and armoire. Another bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bath with shower. Across the hall from the bedrooms is a full bath with stall shower and stackable washer and dryer. Follow the cool tile floors to the galley kitchen, adorned with plenty of cabinets and a sunny window over the copper sink. As you move into the kitchen in the back of the home, you will find the peace and quiet you long for in the third bedroom with a king bed, and a view of the pergola. Step out to the backyard and onto the paver patio with pergola. This area has a dining table with benches for seating, and the pergola’s drapes can be drawn to provide shade from the summer sun. Relax in the new hot tub, and enjoy the palm trees, fresh air, and life as it was meant to be. This property is in the heart of Old Town, close to the William Butler Park, the US Coast Guard Museum, and the historic Key West Cemetery. You can walk to Duval Street and enjoy many bars and restaurants.

One (1) dog allowed, up to 25 lbs, for an additional fee and completion of Pet Information addendum. Must be 1 year of age or older. Must be spayed/neutered. All vaccinations must be up to date. Please be advised some breeds are not permitted. Sorry, cats are not allowed.
