Celebrate Hemingway Days in the island's oldest brick building for a high-energy cocktail class! Master the "Papa Doble" Daiquiri and a Tobacco-infused Old Fashioned while diving into the wilder side of Key West history.

From rum-running secrets on his boat Pilar to the mystery of the "liberated" urinal, you’ll sip like a Nobel Prize winner. This two hour experience includes two types of rum tastings, two full cocktails you make yourself, and a gourmet snack plate.
