BED CONFIGURATION: In addition to the two second floor king bedrooms, each with its own vanity and sink, the home includes a cozy loft sleeping area that is accessed directly from the second bedroom via a stair ladder. Please note that the loft is not a private bedroom, it is an open sleeping space with no door or enclosed walls, making it ideal as a bunk area for additional guests. The loft overlooks the lower level and is best suited for those comfortable with a shared, open concept layout.
OUTDOOR AMENITIES: A private covered porch and a large shared pool surrounded by palms, tropical landscaping and loungers, are yours to enjoy.
PARKING: No designated parking; limited on-street parking may be available.
LOCATION: Historic Old Town, tucked within a private gated walkway and a short stroll to Duval Street’s shops, bars, restaurants and galleries.
