THE PROPERTY: Reserve both suites of the Manor House, a beautifully restored Conch style home, for a poolside escape that offers togetherness and privacy in equal measure. Magnolia Manor and Bougainvillea Manor rented together form Jasmine Manor. They share a pool at the heart of the home, and each has its own king bedroom and kitchen or kitchenette area.
Magnolia Manor is a romantic king retreat with a kitchen including a stove, fridge, toaster, microwave, and dishwasher.
Bougainvillea Manor is a bright, breezy king retreat with a small kitchenette.
Together, the two suites comfortably host up to four guests around the shared pool.
BED CONFIGURATION: Each retreat has its own king bed. Sleeps up to 4.
OUTDOOR AMENITIES: A shared pool at the center of the home, shared between the two suites.
PARKING: No designated parking. Limited on street parking may be available in the
neighborhood.
LOCATION: This Historic Old Town location is within the compound, just a short walk to Duval Street’s dining, galleries and nightlife.

SMOKING: This is a Strict Non Smoking Home And Complex.
