THE PROPERTY: Book both of these attached cottages together for a relaxed island getaway with room to spread out, secluded within an Adult Only garden compound, right beside the pool and just a short walk to Duval Street. Two separate cottages give your group both togetherness and privacy.
Jacaranda Cottage is the larger of the two. Warm hardwood floors run throughout an open floor plan that flows into a kitchen with a spacious island. Upstairs, two king bedrooms, each with its own sink, are joined by an open loft with a full bed, sleeping up to six. Please note the loft is not a private bedroom; it is an open sleeping space with no door or enclosed walls, accessed from the second bedroom by a stair ladder, and is ideal as a bunk area for additional guests.
Frangipani Cottage, next door, is a cozy queen hideaway with warm wood flooring and a handy kitchenette — a quiet, private retreat for two. Together, the two cottages comfortably host up to eight guests.
BED CONFIGURATION: Jacaranda Cottage: Two king beds (second-floor bedrooms) plus one full bed in the open loft. Frangipani Cottage: One queen bed.
OUTDOOR AMENITIES: A large shared pool surrounded by palms, tropical landscaping and loungers, are yours to enjoy.
PARKING: No designated parking. Limited on-street parking may be available in the
neighborhood.
LOCATION: This Historic Old Town location is within the compound, just a short stroll to Duval Street’s shops, restaurants, galleries and nightlife.
PETS: This property is NOT pet-friendly. (If you have pets, please browse through our

SMOKING: This is a STRICT NON SMOKING HOME AND COMPLEX.
Guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent; please note this is an 18 and older complex.
