THE PROPERTY: Walk to the harbor from this 2-bedroom, 3 full bath home in Old Town. From its white picket fence and second story balcony to its Dade County pine walls and covered patio, this home will have you feeling like a local in no time.

As you enter the home from the rocking chair front porch, you will find two living areas which allow for multiple guests or a child’s play space. One has a large TV and the other has a queen sofa bed and is a great spot for relaxing with a delightful book. This area has a full bath, Dade County pine walls, a tray ceiling and a gingerbread trim transom-uniquely Key West. Move on into the open concept kitchen and dining area where you will find everything you need to enjoy the ‘catch of the day’ with family and friends, while keeping an eye on the children. Granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and double French doors adorn this space. After meals, step up and unwind in the comfortable seating area with doors that overlook the garden and lead to the covered patio. The patio is equipped with a grill and ceiling fan. Just off the kitchen, you will find a stackable washer and dryer.

Both bedrooms are located on the second floor and have vaulted ceilings. The primary bedroom, located towards the rear of the home, includes a king bed, night tables, open closet and a tiled, ensuite bath with glass shower. This bedroom also has a small sitting area, skylight, vaulted ceiling and an office that can be closed off by pocket doors, should you need to work or enjoy quiet time. The second bedroom, located towards the front of the home, has a queen bed, nightstands, dresser, TV, and closet. Enjoy the full hall bath with pedestal sink and tiled shower with a rooster motif that is so Key West! You can access the balcony from the hall and enjoy Key West sunsets. Hardwood and tile floors as well as ceiling fans and AC, keep this home clean and cool.

BED CONFIGURATION: One bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed. There is a queen size sofa bed in the living room.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES: Enjoy the beautiful outdoor area and covered, private covered patio with grill in the rear of the home. Both the front porch and second story balcony are great for people watching.

PARKING: No designated parking space. Free street parking in the neighborhood.

LOCATION: Old Town just 2 blocks to the harbor, shops, restaurants, and boat trips. In the other direction, you are 3 blocks from all the action on Duval Street.

PETS: One (1) dog allowed, up to 25 lbs, for an additional fee and completion of Pet Information addendum. Must be 1 year of age or older. Must be spayed/neutered. All vaccinations must be up to date. Please be advised some breeds are not permitted. Sorry, cats are not allowed.

SMOKING: This is a non-smoking home and property.
