The shared hall bath is conveniently located and has a single vanity, a walk-in tiled shower, a window, and storage.
As a bonus, this home has a large, separate king bed/one bath guest house. The space is designed with a cathedral ceiling, several windows and doors, and a kitchenette. The skylights have window shades that can easily be raised or lowered. The kitchenette has a sink, counter, cabinets, mini refrigerator, and microwave. The pool is heated seasonally (November-April) for an additional fee which will be assessed at the time of booking. An outdoor shower is located near the pool area. In addition, Azek composite decking, loungers, comfortable seating, a dining table, fire pit and sunshades embellish the outdoor entertainment area.
PARKING: Parking is a privilege in Key West, but this home comes complete with off-street parking.
