great stay in key west
Perfect place for a couple. Loved the location, far enough away from the mayhem of Duval Str but close enough to get the by about a 20min walk or short drive or Uber. Loved the hot tub and made good use of the Bbq. Everything you needed for a great break !

great rental home!
We've been to KW many times and have stayed in different homes and hotel properties, and really enjoyed our stay in Casablanca Too. The home has everything needed for 2 guests. Location was great and the communication from the property managers was outstanding. The off-street parking space and hot tub are an added bonus! Will definitely stay here again.

christmas in the keys
This was the perfect stay for my holiday! The location is convenient, walking distance to everything you need. The area does get a bit noisy on the weekends but it's tolerable. The space is cozy yet maintains a light and airy feel. The hosts were wonderful and very responsive when I had a maintenance issue. The hot tub was a real treat and it was great having a designated parking space for my car. Highly recommend and reasonably priced, I would stay again!

nice place and great location.
The time we spent in Key West was great, even with only one good day of sunshine. Our rental was clean, comfortable and well located. We rented a car but honestly it was a waste of money. We walked to practically everywhere we wanted to go on Key West except Fort Zachary. Next time we visit we will rent bikes. The only negative about the location at 817 White street is the traffic. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the evenings but the traffic got quite loud at times, not enough of a turn off not to visit this place again.

chic/quaint home with oustanding professional management company
We recommend Casablanca Too (CB2) for couples looking for a nearly spotless, comfortable, and relaxing place to stay while in Key West. From start to finish, Historic Key West Vacation Rentals (HKWVR) was top notch in providing professional level service. Cindy (initial reservation), Ana (check-in and Key West overview), and Susan (check out and inquired of how we liked our stay) were all knowledgeable, pleasant and courteous. Upon arrival at CB2, the lights were on welcoming us into our "home"; what a nice touch of elegance.
CB2 is a duplex, but we only noticed our neighbors while outside either leaving/returning at the gates. CB2 fronts White St, a bit busier vehicle street for Key West, but it was quiet at night like much of the island. CB2 was just the right size for us and had all the amenities we needed including parking. We enjoyed morning breakfast on the patio and coffee/tea on the front porch. The walking distance to most attractions including Duval St and the wharf was as expected, 20-25 minutes. We took our bicycles with us and felt comfortable locking them in the patio area. Most rides took us only 10 minutes to get to our destinations (Ft Zachary Taylor, Southernmost Pt). We enjoyed dinner in the courtyard at Kaya Island Eats (enter off Angela St) and live music at the adjacent Backyard. We also visited the Hemingway Home with their six toed cats, Sunday artisan market at Higgs Beach, Key West Garden Club and Wildlife Center, Mallory Square shops, Butterfly Conservatory, and food/drinks at Blue Heaven, Conch Republic, The White Tarpon, and Banana Café. Dinner at Hogfish which we highly recommend on Stock Island was a short 10 minute drive.
Everything was as expected based on the property description. The addition of a quality management team with attention to detail along with a dedicated cleaning and maintenance staff put them above the rest. We highly recommend using HKWVR for your stay in Key West and we will use them again when w

great space, great location
We had a wonderful time staying here in Key West. If you are into front porch sitting and people watching this is a great location. There is a nice private back patio area also. This AirBnB is conveniently located. We were able to park our car and used our bikes to go everywhere except golfing. The only drawback is that this is a very busy street so there is not much quiet in the daytime -we weren’t there much in the daytime- but was very peaceful at night.

We loved our stay at Casablanca too! Even though it fronts White Street, it is very quiet. The kitchen is very well equipped. The sofa is super comfy. You are close enough to walk just about anywhere in Key West. Only nit-pick is the pillows and mattress. They both could stand an upgrade to maybe memory foam, and nicer/more plush pillows but it's not a deal breaker.

clean and quaint
Perfect size for 2 people and our furry friend. It was very clean and had everything needed to make our stay enjoyable. The front porch was so inviting and is where we enjoyed our evenings. The hot tub looked tempting but we didn't use it because the days and nights were too warm. Plan on walking quite a distance to Duval or renting bikes as its further away than it looks on a map. The only complaint we had was that the bed was extremely uncomfortable. You could visibly see that the mattress was lopsided. Every time you would toss or turn, the entire mattress would bounce and both ends would go up and down. Overall, we had a nice stay.

This cottage is perfect! The size, the location, and that hot tub!!!!!! Perfect space for a couples getaway! Duvall is about a 20minute walk or a quick less than 10minute bike ride. Theres plenty of space. We really enjoyed our stay and would book here again definitely!

another amazing stay in key west!
I've now stayed in Casablanca Too twice and both stays have been amazing!!!
The unit was spotless when we arrived (and was even ready for check-in a couple hours early). And this place comes with everything you need for a comfy stay. Kitchen has all the necessary utensils for cooking/baking, a living room that was made for lounging and napping, bright bedroom with a king-size bed, a spacious front porch to sip your morning coffee or an evening cocktail, and a private hot tub (well secluded in the back).
Amazing location too, almost everywhere we wanted to go was just a 15-20 minute walk away.
One thing to be aware of, this unit is on White street which is one of the main streets on the island, so there will be a fair amount of traffic going by during the day. This never bothered us as we enjoyed people watching from the front porch. And it was always very peaceful at night.
Literally the only negative thing I can say about this place is the king-size mattress, while spacious, was a bit hard and lumpy in some spots. This did not ruin my trip nor would it stop me from staying here again, but if you are someone with back issues it might be a bigger deal.
Lastly, I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff at Historic Key West. From the day we booked all the way through the end of our trip they were available and happy to provide any assistance and answer any questions. You can tell that they genuinely care about the comfort of their guests.
If you're traveling to Key West, book with Historic Key West! You will not be disappointed.

casablanca labor day weekend
Very clean and cozy place. Management company was very customer friendly and helpful. Should have better operational instruction for the hot tub included. Locaton of washer/dryer put in the guest book. Food delivery options could help. Was a great place, close to things. Bike delivery did not happen on time but the rental managers fixed it right away. (bike folks started to leave them at A instead of B after first not delivering as pd date/time). Great visit. Would highly recommend to others.

Wish we had longer to stay. Only complaint was that my companion found the bed to be hard. Turns out that we could have gotten a mattress topper. We are already planning on going back to Key West and will probably stay here again.

Great communication with personal at Historic Key West Villas...I was nice to have my own jacuzzi. Great location and was not noisy being on White St...great off street parking, also for my pick-up truck. My neighbors had rented a golf cart so it made it easy for me. I’ll probably stay here again!

wonderful stay in key west
The home was immaculate and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. the hot tub was refreshing and the grounds offered a nice place to sit outside. The location was close to the stop for the free bus,a couple grocery stores, and food with good coffee. The neighborhood was very pleasant and quiet, yet close to every attraction.

great escape hideaway house...
Stayed in Casablanca for busy weekend in November...House was perfect...super clean and totally appointed for a great four day escape to KW. Staff Denise was super attentive and made check in a breeze... I highly recommend this house for the couple looking to escape and enjoy the KW experience. This is a great little cottage with a private hot tub which was the perfect way to relax after a day walking around or going to the beach. It is centrally located, a 6 minute bike ride to Duval and a 12 minute ride to Smathers Beach. The rental company was great, very responsive and helpful and the cottage was clean and had everything we needed. I have only one suggestion. There is no mirror in the cottage, except in the bathroom. We had a special event to dress for and it would have been really helpful to have an "over the door" mirror in the closet to check ourselves before heading out. It's an easy fix. Other than that, the rental was great.

This home was the perfect choice after meticulously searching around. Most other places had reviews of loud traffic or roosters, etc. This home was in the perfect location with no noise disturbances. It was also clean, close enough to bike to Duvall street and the off street parking was an added bonus.

our stay during alberto
Due to tropical storm Alberto, we didn't get to do many of the fun things we planned in Key West. However, our cottage was perfect for staying-in. Only two suggestions: 1) A wall mirror either in the dining room area or in the bedroom so that wife can put on makeup while I'm in the bathroom. 2) The noise of the wall air conditioning units that went on and off every couple of minutes kept us up most of the night.

Great spot to venture out from and see all that Key West has to offer. Bike rentals were the way to go as we were an easy ride to anywhere we wanted to go. Nice home converted into 2 one-bedroom units. Nice front patio as well as private area in the back with hot tub, table and chairs. Very clean!

a wonderful little piece of paradise
Staying at Casablanca too was perfect. Close enough to all the goings on in Key West to be able to walk or ride a bike to it all. Outstanding concierge services by historic Key West Rentals was so vey helpful. Place is ideal for a couple to be comfortable. If they fix (re-seat) the wobbly toilet, I would rate it 10+

perfect spot in key west
Clean, comfortable, convenient. This was an excellent place to stay to enjoy Key West for the first time. It's a bit of a walk into Old Town, but a pleasant one, and there are always shuttles or Uber if you've been getting too many steps in. From here we walked to Mallory Square, Southernmost Point, and pretty much any location we wanted to go. The private hot tub was an excellent way to start and end each day. Loved the front porch. Really, nothing but good things to say here. Thanks for a lovely week.

a really pleasant little place
Needs a few things!! The toilet is loose from the floor....getting up from it is “unsettling”. The drain stopper in the bathroom lavatory does not work. AND place desperately needs a Full LENGTH mirror someone! One tiny mirror in bathroom is not enough for women! Enjoyed my visit, though..

Had a very nice stay at this property, appreciated the hot tub, on site parking, washer/dryer, comfortable furniture. Perfect for the two of us. White Street is a bit noisy though. Rented bikes which allowed for us to easily get around Key West. Danny was spot on with all his recommendations ... from restaurants, bike rental, and sites to see in the area / tours to take. Thank you Danny! Eaton Seafood Market and the Pierogi Market Place on White St were great little finds, good food.

Absolutely perfect! We felt like we were at home. Everything was clean and it was very private. There was plenty of room to unpack, and supplies are only a couple blocks away. One small thing though, maintenance men should not enter the property without the renters being notified. This happened twice, and they could have gotten an eyeful! Property manager Danny made our stay top notch! He was always available to provide anything you need and then some! I'm sure we were a pain! We are definitely returning, and can't wait to get there again!
