We had a great time! Bed was comfortable, good water pressure in the shower, place was impeccable clean. Nice linens. Kitchen was well stocked. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful. Duvel St is just around the corner. The only drawback is loading and unloading. We will definitely like to come again.

rain forest like setting
The property was great, set up like a small resort with awesome landscaping making you feel like you were in your own little rain forest. House was clean an inviting. Location was perfect, we could walk to anywhere we wanted to go. We will be back!

We loved the unit and the location. Clean, newly remodeled, just the right size for two people. The garden, pool area was so quaint, quiet and relaxing. A couple small items, the grill needs a face lift and some attention. People should know it is a coin operated laundry so you can bring quarters with you. The unit itself could use a few more dishes, I.e. stoatge dishes for left overs, martini, on the rocks and a cocktail shaker. We stayed three weeks so it gives one a different perspective than just a couple overnights. The bike rack was a nightmare. One of the gentlemen that stays there parks his car on top of them so it is soooo hard to get in and out. Overall I would definitely recommend this cottage for a KW visit.

best kept secret!
My wife and I absolutely loved our stay at La Maisonnette, in Key West, FL. The condo was well appointed, close to all major attractions and nestled on a side-street away from major traffic. The communication prior to arrival was likely the best part! The management company communicated all important steps to the check in process and provided us with an abundance of details.

great little oasis
This is a fabulous rental. Very clean and tidy with everything you need. Decor is great too and up to date. The pool is a bonus too. Location is perfect and we didn’t have any issues parking our golf cart on the street. Would definitely stay here again!

La Maisonnette in Key West was better than we anticipated.
The place is immaculate, location is perfect and the owners are on top of it, making the stay even more smooth.
I highly recommend it as we have stayed in a dozen or more places in Key West over the years.

We love La Maisonette. This is a beautiful little bungalow in a perfect location. The place was spotlessly clean and decorated very nicely. It was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We loved sitting outside either on the porch or in the beautiful courtyard. Everyone on the property is friendly and helpful. It is such a nice community. We would love to return some time and highly recommend to anyone who would like to stay in a beautiful place walkable to almost anything in EYW. Thanks for a wonderful week!

great stay
We had a lovely time staying at La Maisonnette! The house is very comfortable, clean, accommodating. It was the perfect size for two of us for 4 nights. Also the small pool in the courtyard is very nice and was a nice place to relax and sun bathe. It's hard to note from the pictures but the home is located in a courtyard with other bungalows. There's beautiful tropical trees and plants so it feels secluded from the other homes located in the same courtyard. It's in a good location walking distance to most of the restaurants, attractions, etc.

good location with a peaceful garden
We had a very enjoyable stay at this property. Although it is located in a busy area, it was very quiet and peaceful. It was very convenient to walk around downtown and to other areas of Key West. We brought a car, but we did not use it while we stayed here. The overall property is in wonderful condition. The garden area was very nice and we spent a lot of time there during our stay. Communication was also very good, and we felt very welcome.

beautiful and relaxing stay
The inside of the space was lovely and comfortable, and had everything we needed. I really liked that the aesthetic of the space had an ocean and beach vibe without being overly gaudy or using lots of bright colors. It was tastefully done. The space is perfect for just two or three people. The outside area was very beautiful and relaxing. There are multiple duplex condos around a central courtyard , so there are other people there, but it was still quiet for the most part, considering that. Customer service with the rental agency was excellent and top-notch. We would return here again!

The property, the living quarters, the location, was all perfect. The process was smooth and professional. The living area was clean, attractive, updated, and comfortable. The location was perfect - one block from Duval Street, walking distance to everything. The courtyard is a very nice place to relax and meet a few neighbors. We’ll definitely try to stay here the next time we go to Key West.

The unit was beautifully furnished and updated. Although it was very clean, it did have a musty smell. Very comfortable stay, location ideal and the courtyard was a quaint retreat away from the activity of Key West.

We recently stayed here while visiting key west and had a wonderful time. The property was quiet, clean and walking distance to many places. There is also a great place right next door where you can rent a golf cart or motor bike to cruise around town. The property managers were very friendly and easily accessible as well. We would definitely consider staying here again!

enjoyable stay
We spent a relaxing week in March 2023 at the rental unit called “La Maisonnette”. It was clean, comfortable, quiet, and convenient to restaurants and activities. The management office provided more detailed and helpful information than any other group we have rented through. The only inconvenience was having to taxi to the management office on White St. in order to both pick up, as well as drop off, keys. But they arranged for after-hours access which we appreciated.

great get-away in key west
Our stay at La Maisonnette was great. The location is perfect: close to everything but in a very quiet, beautiful complex. The unit is newly renovated and nicely appointed. The bed was very comfy and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend renting bikes for the duration of your stay. You can easily bike anywhere on the island and avoid renting a car. Not to mention seeing the island like a local!

We had a great time at La Maisonnette. it was a perfect set up for myself and my two adult daughters. And you can't beat the location! walk to everything but we also rented bikes from the company right down the street and did a ton of biking all over Key West as well. Great experience!

great get-away spot
We had a great time at La Maisonnette. It is close enough to Duval street to easily partake in all it has to offer, but far enough to be quiet at night. We loved the little porch outside our condo - great spot for reading or enjoying the birds in the courtyard. The concierge set us up with bike rentals and was very helpful.

a gem! location, charm, spacious
Spacious 2 level 1.5 bath unit in a private, charming courtyard setting. Shared laundry. Fantastic central location 1.5 blocks from Duval. Historic Key West Vacation Rentals helped with loads of recommendations before our arrival and were extremely accomodating letting us store our luggage and use their office between check-out and a late flight. The entire experience was outstanding - smooth and easy.
