THE PROPERTY: Enjoy your stay in the tropics at the highly touted "Queen Conch" complex, which includes 3 separate rentable units: Horse Conch, Rooster Conch, and Sea Conch. You can rent each unit individually, but by renting “Queen Conch” you will enjoy all 3 units and ultimate privacy during your Key West vacation.

Horse Conch is located on the second floor, overlooks the pool, and shares a balcony with Rooster Conch. The unit includes one queen bedroom (no TV in the bedroom), closet and dresser storage, as well as an ensuite bath with pedestal sink and walk in shower. The open concept living area includes plenty of seating, a flat screen TV and an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and table seating for four.
Rooster Conch is also located on the second floor, overlooks the pool, and shares a balcony with Horse Conch. The unit includes one queen bedroom with a TV, closet, and dresser storage, as well as an ensuite bath with pedestal sink and walk in shower. The open concept living area includes plenty of seating, a flat screen TV and an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and table seating for four.

Sea Conch is the larger first-floor unit where you can enjoy people watching on the charming front porch. The home includes one king and one queen bedroom with ensuite baths, pedestal sinks and large walk-in showers. The open concept living area is spacious and includes a flat screen TV, plenty of seating and easy access to the pool area. The kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an abundance of cabinets is fully equipped for the chef in your family. Enjoy meals al fresco via a wall of French doors or in the home’s spacious dining area with table seating for eight. Sea Conch provides you with a wonderful place to entertain during your stay in paradise.

Additional details may be found in each of the rental’s individual property descriptions, however, all units that make up Queen Conch are flooded with natural light and contain cheerful Key West Décor. Enjoyable open concept living is provided in each unit complete with pops of color, flat screen TVs, hardwood floors, and plenty of seating. White kitchens with stainless steel appliances make meal prep a breeze. French doors open onto the covered balcony or decks, allowing you to enjoy indoor/outdoor living. A gas grill is provided for cooking up your catch of the day or burgers for the kiddos. The outdoor pool area is secluded and lushly landscaped for a truly tropical experience. BED CONFIGURATION: By renting Queen Conch, you will enjoy a combined total of four bedrooms, four baths and three pull out sofas that provide sleeping spaces for 14. Sea Conch has one king and one queen bedroom. Rooster Conch and Horse Conch each have one queen bedroom.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES: The complex boasts lush tropical landscaping and palm trees. The pool is heated seasonally (November through April) for an additional fee which will be assessed at the time of booking. The pool area is adorned with a dining table, umbrellas, and loungers. A gas grill allows you to cook your catch of the day or a great burger! A washer/dryer is in a shed on the left side of the home near the pool.

PARKING: Queen Conch offers 1 designated off street parking spot for 1 vehicle.

LOCATION: Many Key West attractions are located nearby, as well as numerous restaurants, shops, and galleries. The neighborhood boasts historic conch-style homes. Enjoy café con leche down the street at Cuban Coffee Queen or lunch at 5 Brothers Sandwich Shop. Walk to dinner at Blue Heaven, Caroline’s Cafe, or Sloppy Joe's. You will have many choices located within a 10-minute walk!

PETS: This home is NOT pet friendly. (If you have pets, please browse through our many homes that allow pets.)

Every detail of the stay was perfect. Nice location that made it easy to reach everything. House was clean and well-equipped. Communication with the owner was always timely and professional. We've used this company before and we'd gladly stay in their homes again.

This is a great property for a larger group. We had four couples and everyone had their own private space with plenty of room. The outdoor/pool area is perfect with a large pool and lots of seating options for everyone. The house is also very conveniently located to all of the action, but it also feels quiet and remote at the same time. This is a property we will definitely return to.

We rented the entire property for 4 nights and it was perfect for our group (11)! The property was well-appointed with everything we needed and very clean. The pool was the perfect place to relax and cool off. The management company went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Location was great. Highly recommend!!!!

We rented the Queen Conch property for a friend trip. There was 9 of us, and we had plenty of space. Perfect is the only way to describe our experience - we were close to everything, and whenever we wanted a break we spent hours in the pool. Historic Key West Rentals asssited us in renting bikes (which were delivered to the house), and communicated us all along the way. We would definitely come back again.

We wanted a property that could accommodate our entire family and also give privacy to our kids and their fiancés. We were celebrating a wedding and this was a perfect meeting place for the out of town guests. The pool was large and the location was ideal. This is our 42 year in Key West so we were very aware of location in Old Town, however the Queen Conch was the perfect location in proximity to the boat wedding, Duval nightlife and quiet enough to be away from it all!! Key West Bacation Temtals dies a fantastic job keeping this property pristine!!

We had a wonderful time at Queen Conch! The home was clean and comfortable, and very spacious. We had a total of nine people consisting of three couples and three kids. You would think that we’d be climbing all over ourselves but because of the spaciousness of the home and separate en suite rooms, we all had our separate spaces when we needed privacy.

The beds were awesome, some of the best nights sleep I’ve had in a long time!

The pool area was also very nice, although the pool does need some work. One of the guys staying with us is a pool service owner operator in Phoenix Arizona. He noticed some things about the pool that could use some TLC, including issues with the plaster in the pool and a leak at the pool pump. Other than that the grounds were very clean and well-kept.

The washer/ dryer are located outside in storage nooks attached to the house. This was okay, but the appliances have been exposed to the weather and show it.

We had an issue with very tiny ants, in the kitchen and downstairs bathrooms. The rental agency said they had an exterminator come by, but the ants returned on our last day their.

All in all it was a wonderful stay, despite the ants. I would recommend queen conch to anyone coming to visit Key West.

It is a lovely house and we have stayed there before . The outside area is great for a group or family and the three apartments are very spacious although in need of some upgrades . The pool equipment was also leaking constantly ( we did report it ) it meant walking through a pool of water every time we went to our room .

We absolutely loved everything about the Queen Conch! We had 6 kids (age 2-12) and 5 adults. We went sightseeing in the morning and swam everyday into the night. The backyard is beautiful at dark with the tree lighting! Location is perfect and we could easily walk everywhere. Staff was very helpful for family friendly recommendations during our trip as well!

It was absolutely a dream! We were there for a bachelorette weekend. It was clean, accessible and walking distance to all things. Best rental property I’ve stayed in. Had all amenities. Has 3 units, perfect for 4 couples. Loved everything about it.

This home was everything we could want. The pool area was the perfect size and refreshing after a long day on Duval. The "Main" house was our main gathering and it was perfect fit for all of us. We would we go back for sure.

We rented the whole house ( three units ) for a family group of 14. The house was perfect. The home was very clean, nicely decorated, with a beautiful heated pool surrounded by private lush landscaping. The propane bbq was cleaned and ready to use with two sets of outdoor tables , chairs and umbrellas. The home is located right by Duvall street . I highly recommend this house. 5 stars

We rented the complete house, all three units. It was clean, had everything we needed. The pool was heated, kept clean. Two blocks from Duval Street.

Also, property management was very responsive.

We have four couples and rented the entire house which included the second floor units. This house was perfect! We had plenty of space, loved the pool (has a gas grill which we used), the rental company were very responsive and willing to help with anything. The two units on the second floor are like mini apartments, complete with a living area and kitchen. The location is also perfect. Very close to the action yet not all the noise and crowds. If you are thinking about staying here, do it!

Amazing experience! The house was perfect and the service to anything we needed was impeccable. Any time we called about a question they were there to help ASAP!!! I would absolutely recommend for a large group. The pool was also the cherry on top! The girls had so much fun and it was very easy to host.
