a jewel in key west!!
Fabulous location, and beautiful, well-maintained home. Very Comfy beds, beautiful/quality decor, quiet neighborhood but within easy walking distance to Duval, nightlife, Mallory square, trolly, restaurants etc. Great parking, but we didn't need to use our car at all!
Pool was wonderful and kitchen was equipped with everything possibly needed. Lots of thought was put into all the little "extras" provided to guests. One of THE BEST Airbnb's we have ever experienced. Will definitely recommend and revisit!!

sea conch on southard - awesome property/location
We (3 of us, my wife & son) stayed at Sea Conch on Southard for three nights ....we are frequent visitors of Key West dating back ~40 years and live in FL. This is a very well appointed property and in a prime location. We had the first floor which is secluded from the upstairs so privacy's maintained. The property managers were great to deal with.

just lovely!
We absolutely loved our stay at the Sea Conch. The location was amazing, close to all the shops and restaurants, and within walking distance of nearly everything. The parking space next to the house was also phenomenal. The inside was charming, spacious, and very comfortable. Our children loved the heated pool out back and we spent many evenings enjoying the beautiful trees and plants and cozy covered patio out back. It was just wonderful.

great rental
We had a wonderful time at this rental. There was ample space for 4 adults. The pool environment was fantastic. The house was clean. The only downside was when there were tenants upstairs, as you could here them walking (or running kids) over your head. We would definitely stay here again.

amazing key west property
One of the best places we have stayed in Key West! The property was perfect. It housed 4 adults comfortably and provided a super convenient location within walking/biking distance of everything we did. The backyard was incredible. We spent a few days hanging out by the pool instead of going out because it was so enjoyable! Hands down a top not choice for a Key West vacation!

haven in the heat
The place was perfect. Vacation with teenage grand daughters. Their first visit to Key West. While hot the location was great, the pool was beyond perfect, the rooms, beds, and all other amenities could not have been better.

a wonderful retreat
First, I don’t think you can find a better location, near Duval, close to restaurants and shops. We rented bikes but ended up walking most places. Second, the house is spotless! We were there with another couple and were very comfortable. We chose to cook supper most nights using the grill which was, also, spotless! The kitchen is well appointed with sharp knives! The staff was very kind offering suggestions for sites and dining! We really enjoyed having a pretty much private pool! The cleaning folks were very good and kept both the outside and inside clean. Thanks for a great vacay!

first trip to key west
The unit was very neat and clean. And the location was excellent about a block and a half away from Duvall, which is the center of the entertainment District. The pool in the backyard was an excellent benefit. Even when one of the renters from upstairs was outside. We both enjoyed the pool, and did not really Interfere with one another the only negative was we had four people one person was sleeping on the couch and had to go through the bedrooms. Do use the bathroom at night. But definitely enjoyed this day and would return again.

everything exceeded expectations!
Our family stayed in the first floor apartment of Sea Conch for four nights in July. Everything about the rental exceeded our expectations. The place was spotless. The first floor had a full kitchen, a huge dining/family room, two full sized bedrooms with attached bathrooms. The back yard pool area was like a botanical garden. The location was very quiet, but only a couple of blocks from Duval Street, Fausto's and several great restaurants.

slice of paradise
Loved our stay in the lower unit of Sea Conch. Great location and nice pool. Private bathrooms in each bedroom. Fully stocked kitchen. Best, however, was Susan in Historic Key West Vacation Rentals. She made the check in process easy. We arrived in the morning, so she stored our bags and gave us great lunch recommendations while we waited for check in.

Everything from start to finish was exceptional! Historic Key West Vacation Rentals was wonderful to work with. We've stayed in KW a number of times and this was, by far, the most perfect location there is! We walked everywhere! And the house was simply beautiful. We loved sitting on the front porch, the back porch and spent A LOT of time in the pool area. We hated leaving and booked for next year before our last day! See you next year, Sea Conch. We can hardly wait.

excellent stay in key west
Had an excellent stay at one of the finest places we have ever been to.
The House was spacious, super clean with every amenity once could possible need.
The grounds with the all the plantings was beautiful and made you feel very secluded with the pool a refreshing option after a hot day walking in KW. The neighborhood around the house is nice and quiet with many quaint KW style homes, but still only a 5-10 minute walk to the all the music, shopping and dining on Duval St.
Would highly recommend the Sea Conch for people looking for a great place to stay.

GREAT property just off Duval St. - in the heart of Old Town. The accommodations were very nice and we enjoyed the pool. We loved it! The only negative would be the sound of walking from the renters upstairs.

better than the pictures!
We rented the bottom floor of this house which is two bedrooms and two baths. It was beautifully decorated, in an excellent location, and the pool was just heaven. The location of the house is very central and you can walk to all the hotspots. Only 2 blocks from Duval street. We rented a car because we drove from Miami, but did not use the car at all during the week. We rented bikes and either biked or walked everywhere. There is also a food market, and a CVS nearby, and we did make our own meals at least once a day. The house shares the pool with the two upstairs smaller units. We met our neighbors several times and they were very friendly, so hanging out at the pool together once or twice it was no big deal. The rental company was very responsive and provided a lot of good advice on restaurants and activities. They helped me book the bikes and a sail and snorkeling boat excursion. We were so sad to leave, and plan to return as soon as possible. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The only possible downside to this place is that you can hear people walking above you upstairs.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely home with our family of 5. We brought our blowup mattress and had plenty of comfortable sleeping for all. Kitchen was great as was outdoor grill for our meals. Home was short walk to plenty of shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend!!

Very nice house in the heart of Key West. The house is spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen is beyond well equipped. Very comfortable beds with an abundance of linen and extra towels. Baths are spacious and very comforting, with great showers. The pool area is well adorned with plenty of lounge chairs and tables. The whole back yard is a tropical paradise. Hard to imagine you are in the middle of Key West!

awesome little house
This very well kept home was in a wonderful location. The rocking chairs on the front porch made for los of “local” conversations. The pool in a virtual Forrest in the back was wonderful...also with lots of chairs for morning coffee, etc. on top of this it is a couple blocks off of Duval and right in the middle!

amazing stay!
This rental was absolutely perfect. Gave us the relaxation and tropical oasis feeling that we wanted but only a short walk to all the nightlife and restaurants! It was spotless when we arrived. Would recommend for a family, group of friends or really any type of group honestly! great place to stay in key west
We've been going to Key West for years, and usually stay at some of the great b&bs. This time we found this house (convenient to Duval, but not too close). It's fantastic. The backyard, with the pool, is a nice, secluded retreat. Everything is walkable from here. The living area and kitchen were perfect for the two couples that stayed there. The communication from the property manager was fantastic!

front porch kinda vacation
We came to relax and relax we did!! The front porch has 4 rocking chairs which we sat in hot hours, quite street but lots of foot traffic to keep front porch Sutton’ entertaining!! Lol! Also spent lots of time in the backyard pool, feels very isolated With the tall greenery. The best part was when we did want to go do something Duval was just 2 streets away!! We walked most everywhere. Great location. The absolute only negative was that you you could hear every footstep of the upstairs neighbors BUT that’s just a historical house for you.
