MONTHLY RENTAL: Requires a minimum stay of 28 nights occurring within the same month. Stay a month and live like a local!
THE PROPERTY: Located in the heart of Old Town Key West on a teeny tiny quiet lane, this two-story home with a first-floor bedroom is ideal for the entire family. Elders will enjoy the convenience of single-story living in the four-poster queen bedroom with hall bath, armoire storage and a window seat overlooking Curry Lane. You can enjoy the second floor’s primary king bedroom with large closet, as well as the spacious ensuite bath with dual sinks, walk in shower and claw foot tub. Your guests or young adults may enjoy the privacy of their own pool house with an ensuite half bath and delightful outdoor shower.
The first floor is also where you will find the spacious family room adorned with hardwood floors and rattan, Bahamian, and British Colonial style furniture. An updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances includes everything you need to prepare meals or snacks. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with seating for six. Two large sets of French doors in the family room provide access to the outdoors and pool area. Here you will find a seasonally heated pool with waterfall feature, lounge chairs, a gas grill, and an outdoor dining table under a covered loggia. Access to the outdoor shower and half bath in the pool house is also found here. Surrounded by palm trees and lush landscaping, you will find peace and serenity in this spacious island home in paradise.
BED CONFIGURATION: The first floor has a queen bedroom with hall bath. The second floor has a king primary ensuite with additional daybed. The pool house has a queen bed and an ensuite half bath with attached outdoor shower.
OUTDOOR AMENITIES: Lush landscaping surrounds the amazing pool with waterfall feature. The pool is heated seasonally (November through April) for an additional fee which will be assessed at the time of booking. Dine outdoors under the covered loggia with table, chairs, and a mango tree! A gas grill and lounge chairs are also provided for your enjoyment.
PARKING: There is one parking space for a small car which is a real perk in Key West. Additional parking may be found on neighboring side streets. Please note this home is on a small lane.
LOCATION: Old Town, North of Truman Avenue and near The Meadows neighborhood. Numerous tourist attractions are located here as well as several restaurants and shops. The area boasts historic and conch style homes and is 4 blocks from the Historic Seaport District and Art Gallery District on White Street.
PETS: One (1) dog allowed, up to 25 lbs, for an additional fee and completion of Pet Information addendum. Must be 1 year of age or older. Must be spayed/neutered. All vaccinations must be up to date. Please be advised some breeds are not permitted. Sorry, cats are not allowed.
SMOKING: This is a non-smoking home and property.

Great month at Villa Azul on a very quiet little lane in old town. We wanted bikes for the month which made the trip to the beach, parks, restaurants and Duval an easy 7 minute ride. Also a block away from the free Bus that loops the island. Great neighbors and friendly staff that kept the house, pool and yard ship shape. The house itself is super clean, well appointed and comfortable. Great beds, linens and appliances. I give it an A+

We rented Villa Azur for the month of March, 2022 to celebrate our 50th anniversary and our 75th birthdays. We were joined by close family members. Everyone enjoyed the spacious home, their private bathroom, the well equipped kitchen, the lovely backyard and the pool.

You likely would never find Villa Azul while just walking around Key West. Tucked away on a street you might take for an alley is a charming house that lives up to the description on the website. There’s plenty of outdoor space with a grill and a well equipped kitchen, which enabled us to “eat in” a couple of nights. The Historic Key West team were most helpful leading up to and throughout our stay. Our only suggestion would be firmer mattresses throughout and finding a way to add a little more closet/clothes storage to the guest house

Beautiful home with walking distance to Duval and the wharf. We enjoyed our stay immensely. We spent our days around and in the pool and our evenings at a great restaurant near by. The house was truly a Key West gem!

Villa Azul is a lovely home on a quiet, charming lane. The location is excellent - you can walk to everything - and we loved our stay here. The staff at the property management company were *outstanding* - friendly and responsive. The only thing I would have wished for is a little more sun in the back yard (there are lots of trees), though the shade was also welcome on warm days.

Villa Azul is a beautifully decorated, and well maintained home on a small alley in Old Town, Key West. The location is terrific and an easy walk or bike ride to everything. Just a few blocks away are a great bakery, restaurants, cafes and dog parks. Check in was easy and the rental company was very responsive to the few small issue we encountered. We will definitely be back!

We truly enjoyed our stay a Villa Azul. We are regulars to Key West but this was our first month long visit. Why not in this new Work from Home world. The house made a fine home away from home for us. The WiFi and Internet was more than adequate for two people on Zoom at once plus. The home is lovely, the location is great... and the management company was outstanding. We have rarely experienced a management company that was so responsive and truly seemed concerned about our stay. These folks are a step above the rest. We had a great month here and hope to return soon. And we will definitely book with Historic Key West Vacation Rentals again. Thank you!

Had such a great time in this beautiful home. It is located on a quiet little lane in the middle of the historic district. The home felt comfortable and spacious and was very well appointed. Outdoor area is simply beautiful and we enjoyed spending much of our time out by the pool. Loved the outdoor shower as well. Would highly recommend this house. Some dining great spots nearby included schooner wharf, half shell raw var, pepe's, and mangia mangia, and cuban coffee queen

Villa Azul was perfect for entertaining all of our family and friends who stayed with us throughout the month. Located on a very quiet/private street and really close to the seaport and Duval. The backyard was very private with lush landscaping and a beautiful pool area. The pool was heated which made it easy to swim on the chillier evenings. The house has a great layout for multiple guests to have their own privacy. Super clean home and the staff at HKWVR was very accommodating to all our requests, definitely top notch service and attention. I would 100% rent this beautiful home again.
