This was the best house and location. Two blocks from duval street so nearby to walk to many places but far enough not to hear the noise. The company was fantastic and so responsive. We had a couple of minor issues and they were at the door almost before I hung up the phone. We would definitely go back and encourage anyone to rent this villa.

perfect getaway in key west
The location is ideal, you are just blocks from Duval Street. The house was impeccable. There was more than enough room for all of us. The backyard/pool area was gorgeous and secluded. It was your own little paradise. I would highly recommend!

The home we stayed in exceeded my expectations. The pictures on the website looked nice, but once we entered the home, we were very happy. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. The living area was also large and very comfortable, and the pool was absolutely perfect a very private oasis. Most important was how clean home was. Although we never actually met property management in person, they were completely friendly and very accommodating.

Villa Josine was perfection! The house was not only beautifully decorated but it was immaculately clean. The pool was beautiful and the deck was the best place to relax with our morning cup of coffee and tea. The property location was pure perfection, convenient to ride bikes everywhere. The concierge service offered by the rental company was so helpful with all of our needs from bike rentals to booking things to do like snorkeling, parasailing, and a sunset cruise. I can’t recommend this rental or the agency enough! We will definitely be back!!!

a wonderful villa!!
This was one of the BEST vacation rentals we have ever been in! The Villa is so well maintained and beautifully decorated and remodeled inside. Everything was top notch. We loved all the artwork! It is nicely laid out, room for everyone and places to get away from another if needed. It is very well stocked in all the rooms. The linens are wonderful too. Not cheap and inexpensive like other rentals we have been in. The kitchen has everything you would need. It was nice to have a washer and dryer as well. The pool was an added plus and we all used it multiple times everyday. It is super clean as they have weekly pool service. The parking was easy especially if you have an extra car that needs parking on the street. But the parking area included is larger than we thought. We had 2 golf carts that fit nicely. The Villa is in a great area so we pretty much walked to dinners in the evening. It’s very safe as well. It was fun to have the carts to get into town. Everything is so close! Every restaurant we went to was excellent. The Historic Key West Rental company was a joy to deal with. Everyone I spoke to was so helpful. They even arranged our cart rental for us. Their concierge Cindy was beyond helpful! She sent out a huge list of things to do and see while in Key West. I can’t wait to go back and spend more time exploring the town and especially staying at Villa Josine. I would not hesitate staying at any of their properties. They are a fantastic group to work with! I loved the fact that they really made you feel welcome and were happy you were there. Great experience!!

perfect spotless rental close to everything!
The home is large but cozy, spotless and beautifully decorated! The pool was warm and clean, outdoor landscaping made space very private. We were able to get groceries delivered in 15 minutes - very convenient. We did not rent a car and were able to walk everywhere without any issues. The hosts were easy to reach and we felt home was very safe.

Great house. We were 4 couples. Living space was excellent. Loved the heated pool and private backyard. One couple did have to sleep in the twin beds. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were nice. Nice to have laundry especially since it poured rain. We were able to get both our cars in the driveway without hanging over the sidewalk. House is 3-4 blocks off of Duval. We never used our cars. Will rent again for sure!

fantastic place to stay!
Villa Josine was as beautiful in person as in the photos. The outdoor pool area was a little taste of paradise, especially with the covered veranda and comfortable furniture. The inside was tastefully furnished, the kitchen was perfectly stocked, the beds were comfortable, and we had plenty of space meet, eat and play! The location was ideal for us - we walked everywhere with no problem. The responsiveness of property management was very good - our ice machine froze over and it was fixed the same day. I would highly recommend this home for your next trip to Key West! We’ll definitely be back!

We enjoyed our time at Villa Josine. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, the kitchen was furnished with anything that we wanted. The covered back porch area is nice, we sat out there every day, especially in the mornings. The heated pool was great. It’s a fun place to stay because it is close enough to walk to so many good restaurants and music.

wonderful property in a great location
Villa Josine was exactly as advertised. It is a well-kept property, the landscaping added privacy and a lush tropical feel to the outdoor spaces. The pool area was clean, pool was heated which was important in January, and pool towels conveniently located next to the deck sliding doors. The outside covered porch was wonderful for drinks or dining, well lit and with cooling ceiling fans.
Inside, 4 en-suite bedrooms however one has 2 twin beds, and since we were 3 couples it wasn’t an issue, but convenient if traveling with children. Beds were very comfortable, sheets were crisp. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms also. Plenty of towels in the bathrooms. The stairs up to the 2 upstairs bedrooms are a little narrow and steep, be careful.
Washer and dryer worked just fine.
The kitchen/living/dining area is very generously sized and nicely furnished. It functions especially well to be able to have guests enjoying the sitting areas while someone is in the kitchen and yet still part of the group. Large fridge and freezer, microwave, coffee machine, blender, oven all in excellent condition and worked well. The new Weber Genesis grill on the pool deck was fabulous.
Kitchen supplies were good, enough glasses, dishes etc for at least 8 and plastic glasses for poolside.
The location is a quiet one-way narrow street and if you have more than one car, (2 small ones will fit in the driveway though) you might have to hunt for parking spaces. The quiet street is lovely. Walkable to Duval.

This gorgeous house really did feel like a home! The owners of obviously put meticulous care into curating and decorating this house, which made it feel more like a home during our vacation. amazing home in a great location
This was the perfect home for our family of 4 (plus au pair). We loved that each large bedroom had its own bathroom. The decor was so fun, the home was well built (no creaking floors), the A/C worked incredibly well, the pool was awesome and the open kitchen/family room was perfect for some great family time during a rainy afternoon. The location is perfect being a couple blocks from the action on Duvall street, a couple blocks from some of the best restaurants in town and yet very quiet at night. The rental company was so helpful and the concierge service was such an added bonus including helping us set up a snorkeling trip, get groceries delivered and recommend a place to get lunch for our snorkeling trip - we can’t wait to go back!!

what a beautiful home!
This was simply the best experience renting a home I’ve ever had. Everything was as advertised! The home is in Old Town Key West, 2 blocks off Duval but aside from a random plane we heard NO NOISE from anywhere. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs and 2 up all with their own connected baths. Everything has been updated with high quality finishes and fixtures. The pool is the perfect size for a dip after a great meal or to cool off after walk down Duval. The porch off the back of the house is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or to watch it rain in the afternoon. Everything is so clean you would think it was brand new. We loved every minute of it. The folks at Historic Key West Rentals were FANTASTIC! From my very first contact to picking up our luggage on the way to the airport - they were wonderful!! They put me completely at ease that everything was going to be as perfect as we wanted it to be.

Even though Elsa Was being a bother, she didn’t mess with our wonderful time in this well appointed home. We enjoyed it to the fullest!
In between rain showers and rain storms on our last two days we jumped in the pool and made the best of it! Plenty of space for our crew to decompress and have movie time! Loved the big kitchen to cook meals and spend the much needed time together! This home looks exactly as pictured! Spacious, super clean and a bathroom in every room was just perfect!
This home has everything you need and within walking distance to everything. We even made a concert featuring the David Shaw at the Key West Theatre! Definitely one of my favorite accommodations and we will be back!

excellent vacation home
If you want to stay in a typical Key West conch home this is the place to be! This was a family vacation and it was very nice to have four bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The interior of the home was comfortable,nicely decorated, and very spacious. The exterior porch and pool area gave plenty of room for sun and shade. We have stayed in Key West for 50 years and I loved this location- easy walk or bike ride to anywhere on the Island. We only use bikes, but if you did have a car the private parking is a huge bonus. Historic Key West Vacation rentals was professional and took care of the one minor request we had. Worth every penny!

i walked in and said wow!
We had 7 people come from different parts of the country to celebrate a 50th birthday.
The house was beautiful. It looked like the pictures and didn’t disappoint.
We lived that each room had its own bathroom.
We spent a lot of time out by the pool which was perfectly heated.
The location is a quick (10 minute walk) from Duval St, so the location is great too.
We had a private chef come in to make and serve a meal. The kitchen is fantastic for that and we dined out on the covered patio.
The concierge was amazing to ask any questions we had and was quick to respond. In fact, the disposal stopped working and with 20 minutes there was a repair man at the door to fix.
Amazing experience and would definitely rent again!

great friends getaway
Great private pool in a comfortable backyard. Every room has its own bathroom. PERFECT! I went for my 40th with 3 other couples and it was a perfect house. Great location. Just don’t expect to have any wiggle time with checking in and out. If check out is 10am you better have your key in ignition ready to drive away. Also small driveway with no additional parking. We were able to fit only one car and two golf carts. ��

The house was beautiful, well maintained and in a very quite neighborhood. The decorations were tasteful and made you feel comfortable and at home. The location was close to Duvall street but was a 10-15 minute walk to the main restaurants and bars. We had 8 adults on this trip and the house was plenty large enough to accommodate us. We have stayed at numerous hotels and a variety of houses as we travel to Key West 2-3 times a year. I would certainly stay here again but would recommend the following addtions. I was disappointed in several things that I believe are important to not only the comfort of our stay but would have made us feel thought of. 1) I arrived by myself at 4:30PM and would have appreciated at least 1-4 cold bottles of water waiting for me in the refrigerator, really a case of water is a minor expense to show your customers you are thinking of them. When you spend over $10,000.00 for a rental, it would have been a nice inexpensive gesture. I had to walk to a neighbor store (we did not have a rental car this trip) and carry the water back. 2) In this day and time I can't imagine not having a Keurig type Coffee system in the kitchen. With 8 different people drinking coffee it was quite the ordeal to make numerous pots of coffee instead of each of us preparing our own flavor, de-caf, etc... There are several coffee makers who offer the K-cups with a full carafe option. 3) The pillows were ALL down and very soft. It would have been nice to have a couple options of hard or firm pillows as each bedroom had numerous pillows on the bed.4) Again, small items but it would have been nice to have more than 2 rolls of paper towels for a full weeks stay, only 3 small dish towels were provided. When you arrive there is not much provided and nothing left over from previous guests so you have to buy extra paper towels, toilet paper, bar soap for showers, laundry soap and dryer sheets. I launder the towels, dish towels & clothes throughout the week. Enjoy your stay!

This lovely home was spectacular in every way. The location was excellent, the house was spotless,the decor was beautiful. Loved having a pool to relax in after a fun day in exploring Key West.

Were do I start? Everything was PERFECT!!! The home is in a great location where everything is walkable and there is private/off street parking which was great. The bedrooms are spacious and each have their own amazing bathroom, making this place better then any hotel that we could have stayed at in The Keys. The kitchen and living room are so cozy and filled with beautiful natural light by day and great recessed lighting by night. We actually dinner cooked at the house most nights to enjoy this space as much as we could. The back porch and pool area feel like your own little oasis filled with palm trees and tons of greens. The house was extremely clean when we arrived and the women at Historic Key West Rentals were extremely helpful and made it a breeze to check in after they were closed. All 8 of us felt very much at home here and each can not wait to return!! Thank you for sharing this beautiful property with us!!

key west paradise
We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The company was so accommodating and helpful even when our flights were delayed. The house itself is absolutely stunning. It is a beautifully decorated, updated gorgeous house with plenty of space and a wonderful inviting atmosphere. The location is perfect. We cannot wait to get back there!

a week in paradise
We have traveled to key west for the superboat races for the past 5 years . Our rental home at Billa Josie’s was by far the best experience we have had so far. The house was GORGEOUS ! Every bedroom and bathroom were beautiful and unique. The living space was AMAZING! Our favorite part by far was the kitchens and outdoor space . The pool was perfect and the landscaping made it seem like you were in your own private oasis ! Thank you ! We made amazing memories :)

New, fresh and incredibly comfortable house, walking distance to whatever your heart desires.
Noteworthy: King + 2 single beds downstairs, king + queen bed upstairs.
