a great get away
This mini compound is a quiet, spacious get away steps away from Duvall with its many shops and restaurants. Like any home everything is not perfect but it comes real close.

perfect for three couples
Villa Luxe was a great fit for our family with three couples who enjoyed having a little extra space to spread out. The location is great and walkable to nearby restaurants. The pool and palm trees are amazing. All was clean and well taken care of. The kitchen has an industrial vibe and bare bones cookware, but essentials all provided. There were so many communications that it actually made it a little harder to find the basics like key codes and departure instructions. All in all we had a wonderful stay.

great house
The rental house was terrific—very comfortable and private. The property was well located and pretty. It was quite hot so a lot of time was spent in the good sized pool.
We arrived shortly after Hurricane Helene had made a mess of things, but all it took was one call to the rental agent and people quickly came by to tidy things up. Very responsive.

beautiful house, perfect location.
Beautiful home. Great layout for multiple couples as there are 3 king en-suites with their own entrances. Very quiet. We slept in the main house and we could not hear anyone come in and make breakfast in the morning. Only a 1/2 block from the quiet end of Duvall street. Can walk to everything. Could not hear any street noise. Great mattresses, sheets and pillows. Incredible pool area. Super clean. We enjoyed just hanging out at the house during our down time. Great communication from management company, friendly, available and helpful. Two thumb's up. We all would stay here again.

We absolutely love this property. The pool is amazing, and we love spending time outside on the patio with our family and friends. The location is completely ideal one block off of Duval. My kids walked to the ice cream shop every evening. CVS is a block away, which is really helpful. Beautiful home, great kitchen for cooking and entertaining.

the perfect key west getaway
The Villa Luxe property was fantastic. The house was immaculate and offered every convenience. It sat only steps away from Duvall St. but somehow still felt secluded. The separate cottage offered privacy and the courtyard and pool were perfect for hanging out. We would definitely stay here again.

paradise in key west
This property was a little piece of paradise in Key West. Location was great for walking around town. Right off Duval but far enough for the bars to not hear the nightlife. Surrounded by amazing restaurants and shops as well. This property is like a small private resort!! Management company was amazing and made sure all our needs were met.

great vacation rental
We stayed in the rental for 10 days. The outdoor area around the pool was unquestionably the best we have seen in Key West. The salt water pool was great. The house(s) had all the amenities we needed and worked flawlessly.

luxe in every way
This property was the highlight of our time in Key West! The mature Palm trees are natural umbrellas that made it possible for us to be out of direct sun and enjoy the pool all day. It was a refreshing oasis when returning from our excursions. The outdoor porch was a lovely place to start the day with coffee and tea. The house itself was beautiful too. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need! Kitchen goals!

thanksgiving in paradise...a lot to be thankful for
The house (should be described as a Villa) was fabulous. A real escape. You could spend your entire time in the outdoor area. The accommodations were great. Plenty of space for six adults (we also had in infant...need to introduce them to Key West early). The kitchen the perfect place to prepare the Turkey dinner will all the trimmings and room for the gang to consume a few glasses of wine...all had to "help" with the prep. Location was great...all the important stuff was within walking distance; but not within noise distance. We will be back, again

tropical oasis
Our 27th Wedding anniversary trip to Key West was a dream! Villa Luxe is a perfect property and had lots of room for our family to spread out and gorgeous common spaces for us to spend time together. We enjoyed the amazing pool nestled in a tropical oasis every day of our trip. The property is on a quieter street but still close to most anything you want to get to (Flamingo Crossing ice cream is right by the house). Our trip was full of adventure and Villa Luxe was the perfect spot to relax between the amazing restaurants (Blackfin Bistro, Hot Tin Roof, Latitudes, Banana Cafe, Moondog Cafe, Blue Heaven, La Te Da were some of our favs), fabulous places to visit (Hemingway's Home was a must see and loved exploring Fort Zachary Taylor State Park) and excursions (Fury's Ultimate Adventure, Ghosts and Gravestones Trolley Tour). Love this place and hope to come back!

adult family get away 2022
It was our first family trip with my husband and I, our daughter and her wife and our younger daughter and her boyfriend. We had a wonderful time and Villa Luxe made our time together so easy - we could each do our own thing but come together around the pool in the afternoons, in the kitchen for b'fast and obviously exploring Key West dinner spots, bars, etc. Villa Luxe afforded just the right amount of privacy and togetherness.

the perfect key west location
We visited Key West over Christmas with our adult children and spouses. This property was absolutely perfect for the 3 couples to have their own space and also have the common space to gather. The kitchen was well equipped. It was also the perfect location for walking everywhere we wanted - shops, restaurants, bars and both water fronts - southern most point and docks. Will be back to this property!

perfect oasis!
As always, we had a great experience with HKWVR. The property is absolutely perfect for both a fun and a relaxing stay in KW. Great location - walkable to everything you want to do. Super comfortable, allowing for private space for all 3 couples. Amazing outdoor area with fabulous pool, covered deck and plenty of seating, whether you want sun or shade. brother's 40th birthday week
This property is fantastic for a multi-family vacation. There are 3 individual set ups with a bed and shower. The kitchen is in the main building but far from the sleeping quarters so everyone can use the kitchen without disturbing the rest of the household. We used the pool everyday just to soak and hangout between our adventures. Truly, a super relaxing vacation.

stunning property
Villa Luxe was the perfect place for our first post-COVID family vacation.
The property is breathtaking, with plenty of space for our group of 6. The outdoor area is so peaceful and we enjoyed spending time on the porch and by the pool. Great location, within walking distance to most places we wanted to go. The rental agency is very accommodating and responsive to any questions or concerns. Hope to return soon :)

amazing!
We were blown away by the Villa Luxe property and felt like we were living the life of the rich & famous while staying here. The home was immaculate and the location was absolutely perfect - far enough South to relax in peace and quiet, but close enough to the night life of Duval Street when we were in the mood to step out. The staff of HKWVR were equally amazing and provided many recommendations for wonderful restaurants and excursions during our stay, as well as assistance with our rather complicated travel arrangements.

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa Luxe! It was a beautiful property that provided just the relaxation we needed! The management staff is professional and available for any needs. The location was perfect for us! A short walk to anywhere we wanted to be! There is a convenience store located a few steps away which was so nice for a quick snack or more drinks! The covered porch allowed us all to still sit outside and enjoy the beautiful landscape, even in the rain! We will definitely recommend to family and friends!

This home was pristine! The pool was fantastic and we spent a lot of time in it. We were in close proximity to Duval and there were several restaurants and shops just blocks away from us. Both the cottage and the two-story villa were simply spectacular. The house was incredibly clean. In fact, I have never seen a house more clean for a vacation stay. The Decor is very Unique and you won’t be disappointed. The vacation rental company went above and beyond our expectations and met our every need. We loved the fact that all of us had our own bed and bathroom. This is a true gem in Key West and I highly recommend this property.

villa is putting it lightly
I have rented houses in Key West and I usually stay
somewhere different just to try. Well folks I don't think that will happen again. This place is "Top Shelf". It's perfect for 6 People to have their own
sleeping space, yet enjoy the Chefs kitchen and huge
den, dining , and fantastic porch. Yes this place is a bit more expensive than others, but it will not disappoint you.

beautiful villa luxe - the perfect vacation home
From the moment we arrived at the Historic Key West office, we were treated warmly and felt so welcome. Our check-in was quick and we were on our way to our beautiful rental home. Villa Luxe was perfect and absolutely beautiful! Very private yet just off Duval. The pool was heated and even turned different colors at night - the perfect vacation feel. We love the fact that every bedroom had its own bathroom which gave everyone their own space. The beds were so comfortable and cozy. The gourmet kitchen was great as we created a seafood feast one night complete with lobster on the grill, scallops, peel and eat shrimp - all fresh of course - It was the perfect family night celebration that we will remember for ever. We could not have asked for more in a vacation home. Thank You So Much Everyone at Historic Key West Rentals!!

A superb villa, comfortable for 5 people and was even better than we thought it would be. Everything provided that we needed in a beautiful setting with superb outside spaces. A stone's throw from our favourite restaurant La Te Da and everything that Duval Street has to offer but serene and quiet within the property.

outstanding home and quality service
Hesitant to give this home the compliments it deserves for fear of it not being available the next time I travel to key west. This home was exquisite - exactly like the photos depict. The service was out of this world - prompt responses, kind people, communicating by phone, email, texting - making recommendations and helping with all of our needs from reservations to golf cart rentals. I can’t say enough about this property. It was quaint, SO relaxing, and near to all of the places I hold dear to me in key west. It is just under a mile from the sloppy joes side of Duval and though there is a shuttle service, we walked EVERYWHERE. The weather was perfect, our stay was perfect - I can’t thank you enough for how wonderful everything turned out. The furniture, the linen, the beds, and showers, the KITCHEN!!! Outstanding. royal palm paradise
The ladies who manage this property were great to deal with and made sure we were taken care of. Thank you ladies!
The property is very well maintained and very clean. The landscape is beautiful and the pool was great to cool off in.
The outside veranda furniture is comfortable and nice to lounge in after a dip in the pool.
The interior of the main house and cottage master suites were very well appointed and comfortable.
Bathrooms were clean and well done.
Property is located off Duval in the best part of town in a great location in my opinion.
I rented a six seat electric cart from the guy adjacent to this house off Duval and that was money well spent unless you like walking and have good knees.
Overall we had a great time and will rent Villa Luxe again on our return visit.
