THE PROPERTY: This home with Bahama shutters and hardwood floors is filled with island charisma. As you enter from its covered front porch, you have a sight line to the rear of the home. The front of the home includes two bedrooms off the hall. The primary king bedroom is bright and cheery. Its ensuite bath is accessed through pocket doors and has updated fixtures and a gorgeous dual head, walk in shower. Complete with nightstand, bedside lamp, ceiling fan and closet storage, you will enjoy restful slumber here. The guest bedroom is in the middle of the home with direct access to the hall’s half bath with stone vessel sink. This bedroom is comfortably furnished with a full size bed, has natural light, closet storage, and a ceiling fan.

Moving toward the rear of the home, you enter a large open concept family room and designer kitchen that are perfect for entertaining. The family room is generously furnished and includes a TV as well as a desk for working or schooling from home. The beautiful, exposed wood beams will draw your eye to the vaulted ceiling. A stylish white kitchen with quartz countertops, a pantry, and stainless-steel appliances, includes a Fisher & Paykel slide-in gas range. The re-purposed Dade County pine peninsula with seating for 5, allows conversation with family while preparing meals or serving up their favorite snacks. The retractable sliding glass doors provide natural light and direct access to the rear deck and guest cottage.

The cottage is adorned with a touch of Irish charm, full bath and beautifully tiled walk-in shower. Its bedroom includes a trundle bed which has two twins. Hardwood floors and a mini split keep it cool and comfortable. Guests or your teens will enjoy having their own little space. Relax on the back deck or people watch from the front porch-your vacation, your choice.

BED CONFIGURATION: There is a primary king ensuite bedroom and a guest bedroom with a full bed. The guest cottage includes a trundle bed with two twins.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES: Enjoy al fresco dining on the deck with a gas grill. The outdoor shower will refresh you after a day on the water.

PARKING: No designated parking. On-street parking in the neighborhood may be available.
